Ocean North 3 is perfect for those looking for a quieter spot for your vacation getaway, located directly on the ocean at 128th street in Ocean City, Maryland. Ocean North is a smaller, intimate building with none of that pesky waiting on elevators! Cozy and charming, with newer furnishings, this unit has the usual comforts of home including living and dining areas, equipped kitchen, but with the added bonus of an oceanfront balcony with a peek of the ocean and endless sounds of waves and seagulls to soothe your soul. Walk right off the balcony, a few steps to the dune and you are right where you want to be - on the beach! The condo features two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. Sleeping up to six guests, bed sizes include a king, a queen and a queen sleep sofa. The unit does not have a dishwasher, washer or dyer, however there is a coin operated laundry for the building. This property rents any 3 nights all season.
Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Fourth of July vacation

It was exactly as advertised. The place was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach a nice deck for drinks looking at the ocean. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful oceanfront property pretty quiet everything you could need at a convenient location. My friend and I loved the deck and the Proximity to the ocean was great! Would highly recommend.

Great location and views! The kitchen could have been equipped better with items such as: cutting boards, can opener, vegetable peeler, etc.Also, a later check out time, perhaps 11 instead of 10 would be nice!Overall, a perfect place!

Pure Enjoyment!

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City at Ocean North 3. The Condo was very clean and cozy as others have mentioned. Special attention to shore decor made it feel you are at the beach while you were inside, though most of our time was outdoors. You still get a partial ocean view from the first floor deck from to viewpoints in between the dunes. The beds were comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The carpet and the living room room furniture are new. The location was perfect for us, quiet, and family oriented. Being close to Northside Park was an added bonus. We met the owner who is very nice. We would consider returning next year.

This was an economical choice but we would not stay here again. I could tell from the pictures that the property was older but although it was clean it didnā€™t look it, it is shabbier in person and lots of clutter. Did not want to sit on the sofa with bare legs it has seen better days. . Unit smelled musty and I had to wash everything when we got home.

Perfect location

This was our second time staying here. We love being able to walk from the balcony to the beach. Quiet neighborhood thatā€™s close to many restaurants. Iā€™m sure weā€™ll be back:)

Wonderful Gem on the Beach!

My daughter and I celebrated her graduation from high school and had a terrific stay. We ate meals on the porch, listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The living area was cozy and the kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Oceanside Park and other amenities. Would highly recommend!!

Mostly great location

This property was as expected and offers great access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck where we could view both the dunes and edges of the ocean. Super quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Literally everything you could want is within walking distance plus there is the bus stop at end of block. There were some broken or missing items at the home and a mildew smell that did not go away with windows opened, likely from a previous flood. While we enjoyed the location immensely we left a day early because our allergies due to mildew. We would likely still book this location again though maybe for a more brief stint. MUCH better than staying in a hotel and super easy check in and check out. With some updates at property this could be a phenomenal location. We were willing to pay the price difference to easily walk on beach. It IS as advertised and is a great Place for a couple or small family

Right on the dunes ā€”can see the ocean from porch and living room and hear the waves!

This is a cozy little unit 100 feet from the beach where one can read, sleep, watch DVD and just relax and enjoy the ocean all within a few steps of your frig!

Perfect beachfront getaway

What a perfect place for a beach getaway. Step off the porch right onto the 128th street beach entrance. The property was clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Perfect for a small group or family, we had a blast, with a perfect view.

VERY much appreciated location - steps from the beach, just over a small dune. 128th St. in OCM keeps you out of the worst of traffic, but still access to anything/everything. Well kept, clean, sleepable beds. 2nd week of September is ALWAYS the best seashore weather - highs in mid to high 70s, lows in mid to low 60s. Surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Location, location, location - LOVED it!

Great location for families

Great little condo for a family. The location couldn't get any better as far as beach proximity. The neighborhood is family oriented, and much less crazy than the more southern region of O.C. but we still had all the amenities we needed within a very close drive or walk. It was very quiet at night. Overall, it was a great week for my family, and I would certainly rent this condo again.

We loved the location of this building. It was a very close walk to the beach which was ideal for me as I have trouble walking. The bed was comfortable and all the other furnishings were satisfactory. I felt the condo was well equipped with almost every thing we needed. It was clean and well maintained.

Great place for a small family with an AMAZING view

We absolutely LOVED! Our time here. Perfect space for our small family (2 adults, (1) 3 year old). Walk through the dunes and you're on the beach and the porch was our favorite place to be at night. Clean, well maintained and owner was available if needed. All around, great experience and would highly reccomend and stay again!

Pros: 1) Steps to the ocean 2) Outdoor Shower 3) Wifi and Cable TV 4) Comfortable beds and furniture 5) Spacious outdoor deck with "partial" views of the ocean. Sand dunes cover most of the view. 6) Price was great! 7) Very adequate parking for more than one vehicle. Cons: 1) Very high sand dunes cover most of the middle view of the ocean leaving only two small sections where you can actually see the ocean. 2) Coffee machine wasn't working.
