Open concept main level, spacious 5 bedrooms + lower level with over 10 beds and office/den, 4 bathrooms, screened porch & deck over looking the lake, laundry facilities, full finished walk-out basement great for entertaining, 2 car attached garage, and mud room.

Approx. 200' of water frontage on the popular Big Silver Lake for all your activities. Great location - tons of area recreation. Many additional amenities. Enjoy one of Wisconsin's best lakes with an amazing east facing beach for early tanning opportunity during the day. Take a short boat ride to the famous Silvercryst Supper club.

Enjoy the peninsula of Chicago Point Road, with the private dead end street off the busy roads for peace and quiet. The golf clubs are too close, the supper club via boat is too fun, the lake and full recreation with long ski hours is too convenient, the house is too big, the access to water and house is too easy for the elderly, it all is too nice to ever book a different lake house! Why settle when you can have it all?

Enjoy the beautiful water of Silver lake it is nice sandy bottom and is NOT weedy and shallow gross like lake Irogami

Fun, relaxing weekend

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and everyone fit perfectly. There was more than enough space and the house worked out great. We also rented the pontoon boat and really enjoyed the beach area. Overall we had a great stay!

Team Getaway

I brought my cross country team to stay here and it was exactly what we wanted, needed, and had imagined. Great location, very easy check-in and check-out, and perfect vibes! I was pretty nervous about bringing 19 college kids to stay in a lake house... but little minnows provided enough space for us to be together when necessary and for everyone to have some alone time! The property is beautiful and even without renting the pontoon, there were plenty of fun things to keep us occupied! Everyone enjoyed every minute of the trip.

Lake house

Family vacation, amazing home and amenities for every person that stayed! Great location and the home was perfect. Family really enjoyed renting the pontoon boat for the week. Will definitely consider renting again in the future!

80th birthday celebration

Our group of 16 wanted to celebrate my grandmas 80th birthday by renting a house on a lake. The home and hosts exceeded our expectations for our family. The home had plenty of space, all the utensils needed for our meals and VIEWS! We rented the pontoon which was spectacular and our visit to the local supperclub was fantastic. Even though it rained an wntire day of our stay, we had plenty to do in this home! The kids absolutely loved the 'putting' green in the screened in porch and the bar downstairs met the adults needs. The hosts had impeccable communication during the planning and stay, I would highly encourage you to book your stay with them!!

Wonderful Family Extended Weekend

The entire family, age 18 months to 60 plus had an amazing time at this wonderful home on the water. Lots of swimming, kayaking, canoeing and water fun. Enjoyed S’mores and a bald eagle that appeared to be nesting nearby. There was plenty of room for our large family. A wonderful place to make family memories!!! We hope to return.

A Christmas Experiment/A Family Experience

We have 3 Adult children and together they’ve provided us 14 grandchildren (Altogether , there’s 22 of us!!) A couple years back we decided as a family to forgo Christmas presents, and seek a family outing all together. We experimented with a Dells Water Park, but found people separated during the day and went to the various attractions and activities. Fun time, but not quite what we were seeking. We found this property online and everyone agreed to give it a try. WHATTA great decision! Between the space the house provides for family dinners and games, quiet spaces to sit and enjoy the lake views, the campfire ring and of course the waterfront. For the three days we visited, there was space to relax, space for siblings to reengage and laugh, endless hours for cousins to swim and fish together and everyone to enjoy time out on the lake in the great pontoon boat available. The kitchen was equipped like home, everyone had private sleeping space, the house is beautiful, the lake is spectacular and from the tiniest of young grandchildren, to the oldest EVERYONE asked to comeback again next year. Our children and our children’s children mixed & mingled together, fished together, swam and paddled together, enjoyed the campfire together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy each other and a beautiful lake. Merry Christmas everybody!

Nice Location

Enjoyed our stay on Silver Lake. A very spacious property for our party of eleven. Clean location for swimming. Also enjoyed use of the pontoon boat. We had a couple of issues upon arriving, but Nick responded promptly and got these resolved by next morning. We did note a few maintenance issues e.g. one of the kayaks was damaged and unusable. Overall, we would consider renting again.

Wautoma Lake House fun :)

We had a great time with 6 different families from all over Wisconsin! The house was as advertised-the stackable beds were movable and it was clean. We spent most of our time swimming and fishing around the pier as well as relaxing on the deck. We did take a boat ride of the supper club for a drink which was super fun! Would definitely come back-the only downside was 3 couples did have to share that large bedroom upstairs but it was no problem.

Lots of fun for adults and kids alike!

We had a beautiful week on the lake! The weather was awesome and we decided to rent the pontoon boat last minute and we are so glad that we did. Nick was awesome to work with and so was the property manager, Lisa. There was great communication and the house was perfect for a large group. We loved the outdoor space, fishing off the dock (caught quite a few!), and the quietness of the lake. The big bedroom space on the lower level was awesome for all of the cousins. We loved that there were extra refrigerators in the garage and we even enjoyed a nearby sandy beach on Morris Lake where the kids loved looking for snails, fish, and shells. Thank you so much for helping us make great memories! This is a beautiful property.

Little Minnows

The host was amazing. Johnny on the spot with any questions we had. Answered within minutes. Very impressed. Only downfall was the parking for a house that holds 24. We had to find alternative parking for our extra cars. We were told at the boat Landing told, no overnight. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Convenient location. Quiet area.

Wonderful!

The online photos don’t do justice to this very nice vacation home. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out and lots to do both inside and out. The kiddos were delighted to catch panfish from the dock and we had fun tooling around the lake in the pontoon (not included, but rented for a reasonable rate). The beds were comfortable and the views from upstairs were fabulous. We hope to return again soon.

Good for families

This was a great space to have a big families. All the individual beds for ides was very helpful to spread out across the basement. Also the amount of available bedding was very helpful to reducing the amount of things we needed to pack to bring along.

It is the perfect property for large families to have everything they need

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location is unbeatable. You can not find a place this big on a private dead end road, on the most popular lake in the area. The supper club on the lake gives great opportunity for lake living at it's best. My family still enjoys going on the boat fishing as a family, stopping in at Silvercryst and having drinks and dinner. The kids fish off the pier as we listen to the band at the supper club and then enjoy a boat ride to the cabin. Every night is the best night!!!
