The backyard is situated next to fairway #3 on the historic Old Brockway Golf Course with the Club House within walking distance down the street. The four bedrooms are well appointed and are outfitted according to the season.

The third floor has a spacious loft with seating and gaming areas , bedroom # 3 (queen bed) and bedroom # 4 ( bunkhouse – 2 x twin over full, sleeps 6 with a shared full sized bathroom.

• Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces , fire pits or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
• This home has a maximum overnight occupancy of 9 guests

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL:
The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by and adult over the age of 25.


PARKING DETAILS:
The garage has 2 doors. We do not give the code for the garage keypad. You have to go inside the house and open it from the inside. The right side garage door is NOT full depth and will not fit a car. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIT YOUR CAR ON THE RIGHTSIDE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A COMPACT CAR
Maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4. 1 car in garage, 3 cars can park on driveway. Street parking is not allowed November 1est to April 30th for snow removal.
