Overall, the house was great fit for our family beach vacation. The host was very responsive any time I needed anything would definitely stay here again.

The location was great! It was right on the beach and we loved having the private pool on the property although our Friday pool plans were affected by an unexpected maintenance visit to drain the pool halfway to fix a leak. We knew there may be pool visits for cleaning, but had no idea we would lose most of a full day for repairs. We were checking out the next morning and wish they could have repaired it then. Several issues were reported to the property manager on the day of arrival. The door was unlocked when we arrived, and we were unable to lock it during our stay. Some minor issues were also reported such as master bathroom light didn't work, front burner on cook stove didn't work, crushed arm of couch in downstairs bedroom, broken outlets downstairs, but we still had a wonderful time as these were small things that we managed to work around. We never used the washer or dryer because it looked dirty and we all decided to just wait and do our laundry after we got home. With just a little TLC this property would have received our highest rating. The location is absolutely amazing and the views from the deck were gorgeous. We had 17 ladies on a church beach retreat. The beds were comfortable and the deck was great for activities. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was easy and simple. Location is perfect. House was spacious enough for our large family. This house is close to a 5 star review but it was dirty when we arrived. Even though the cleaning crew was still there finishing up at 5pm the house was still dirty. Crumbs on the bed, kitchen stove top not wiped down and floor was not swept. Communication with the management company was very easy and they were able to fix the problem with the game room water pressure quickly. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house itself is perfect for large groups and the beach access is very convenient. The pool is a plus! We would definitely rent this house again, just hoping it’s cleaner next time. We had a great time!

Main toilet wobblesRefrigerator dented, missing door shelvesOven door hinge bent, largest coil burner doesn’t work, only 1 rack, lower heating element bentFloor in front of w/d buckled causing doors to drag in scrap floor- hard to openNo closets/dressers for clothes. Only master has a dresser. In my opinion the Triple Bunks off the master bathroom is a waste- better use as a storage/ closet space Kitchen cookware/tools are a joke- pots and pans have scratched Teflon (health hazard), only 8 forks and 3 spoons (someone was supposed to drop off more but did not)Kitchen Sliding doors have broken or missing locks! Needless to say, they cannot be locked so were not lock when we arrived. Only master room has sliding doors with locks.Kitchen inside sliding door hard to open and lifts off trackCorners of area rug in living room bending up - tripping hazard Burned out light bulbs in master ceiling fan and bathroom closet One set of bunks in loft are dangerously close to railing, both top bunks have bent mattress slatsVent in dining area (over washer) has black mold on it.Right curtain in master has a broken ring on the right sideThe was a piece of wood on the floor next to the master bed left side nightstand. This place was so dirty and in great need of repair. The kitchen floor has shifted so much the frig door would just fly open. The frig was missing shelves and drawers. Found out that ice was an AMENITY! Turns out the water is not suitable for drinking, brushing teethe or making coffee. There is no filter or reverse osmosis system for the water! There was 8 forks and 4 spoons in the drawers along with all other utensils being rusted or unusable. All of the cookware was damaged or in really bad shape. We felt like we were cooking in the basement from the cooking show "Next Level Chef". The bedrooms were extremely small, except the master. There is NO STORAGE FOR CLOTHES! No closets, no dressers (except master), NOTHING! The beds in the 3rd BR were on the brink of falling apart at the rails. The loft was horrible with carpet that should have been replaced years ago, return vent that appears that the filter has NEVER been changed and curtains that are stained with God knows what. Bathrooms were just as bad as the rest of the place with rusty water coming from the shower head, slow drains, and peeling paint. Not to mention the constant off and on of the hot water as you attempted to shower. Unfortunately, I am running out of space;however, I must share that the one very important thing not mentioned in the discription is that the beach is a roadway that has constant cars, trucks and RV's driving up and down the beach. Not to mention people camping in their cars!
