*Parking for 1 vehicle per unit. $30 cash must be paid at the time of registration to the Resort.

Other things to note
*Guest must be 21 years old to book the condo. Valid ID required at the time of registration.
*$30 cash only parking fee (for the whole stay for the whole family) must be paid at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Absolutely NO smoking inside the condo. Smoking only at the designated areas on the hallway.
***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner`s severe allergy, NO service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding!
*The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.
*No parties in the unit allowed
*Must wear armbands while staying in the Top of the Gulf
***Any guesses violating those rules will be evicted from the property without any refund and fine will be applied.

*On-site Bar and Grill is open seasonally

*Beach Chairs in Panama City beach are available from March 1- October 31

***We are providing starting kit for our guests, which includes dishwasher detergents, paper towel, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap for the bathroom, and toilet paper roll for the bathroom. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own.

***We do not supply coffee or other food supplies, so make sure to bring some of your favorites.

*We are providing bed linens and towels for inside usage only. Please bring your own beach towels.

***Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida`s warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
