Summer Discounted

This Beachfront condo at Top of the Gulf on South Thomas Drive is located in the center of all the events and activities. Come be our guest and we will do everything possible for you to have a great place to stay while enjoying the attractions and our beautiful white sand/emerald water beaches of Panama City Beach.

The view from this fifth floor unit is breath taking. This brand new Modern Farmhouse design condo features 2 queen beds, 50 “flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen and new tiled bathroom and shower,fantastic views of the gulf and our white sandy beaches. One of our favorite times is in the morning watching the boats go out while you have your morning coffee. We also provide in season (03/01-10/30/2024) Beach Service with two free beach chairs & umbrella which is an additional $35 daily value.
Our condos are Gulf-Front with no streets to cross. All you see is beautiful white sand and emerald green waters. We manage our own units. The pictures that are posted are the actual condos. Easy check in includes receiving a code after payment is received.

Top of the Gulf is a private condominium with its own security, pool, seasonal snack bar and a short boardwalk to the beach. We are located within walking distance to nightclubs, restaurants and golfing. Other close-by water activities include jet skiing, charter-boat fishing, para-sailing, kayaking and moped/bicycle rentals. Pier Park is approximately 6 miles away and has wonderful shopping areas to include large department stores. There is also a great variety of restaurants. Margaretville is waiting for you.

So relax and come enjoy the great view overlooking the gulf and our beautiful white sandy beaches. We also have similar rates on our three other condos at Top of the Gulf. VRBO #'s 413503 , 478096 and and 813476.. Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if you cancel less than 60 days. however you may be given another time to visit at owner's discretion . There is an administration fee of $100 for all cancellations.

Please note this is a studio and there is not a private bedroom. However, it is 450 sq. feet and will sleep 4 comfortably. We do not allow more than 4 in this condo. This is in compliance with NFPA 01, 2010 Life Safety Code 1.4.8.1.2 Occupant Load Factor.
If you show up with more than 4 to stay in my condo, you are subject to loss of deposit and monies paid and you will be turned away by security.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was beautiful, kitchen fully stocked and extremely clean. The view of the beach, gulf and pool was amazing. Vera was very responsive. We would love to go back again in the future.

Wonderful Experience

We have stayed in her properties several times now. We always have a great experience with a smooth check-in. The room was very clean and everything worked properly. The included beach chairs/umbrella is a nice perk for sunny days on the beach. We LOVE staying at Top of the Gulf for us and our two small children!

Excellent Stay

We have stayed here at the TOG for many years, this Condo outranks the others 10 to 1. It’s absolutely beautifully decorated and designed well. Very warm and inviting. Because it’s the end Condo you get the fabulous views. The owner is absolutely fantastic. Very quickly to respond. I give this place a 10++ rating.

Love the updates to the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed being at a smaller condo than we have tried before. The beach chairs were a nice added bonus! The property owner kept great communication and it was just as expected. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and the beds were comfy! We did only get 4 washcloths for the three of us for a three night stay. Bring some wash cloths if you don’t want to do laundry every day! But other than that it was great!

Beautiful Studio

Our stay was awesome. We were the first to stay since renovations and the studio was absolutely beautiful. Vera was super attentive and always answered promptly. The condo was nice and I liked how secure it was with the wristbands. There was no craziness or loud partying. Very relaxing! Overall great stay!

Ok Place

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon recently. It was very nice. Although it is a lot smaller than it looks in the pics. And there were dishes in the cabinets that were dirty. Otherwise, nice place.

We loved our stay. The unit is beautiful and on the very end with a view. Beds are comfortable and it was perfect for the four of us. The property itself great. Super easy walk down to the beach. The pool is nice. The only thing I would say is not a criticism because we knew it when we booked it, but we didn’t plan very well. There is no washer and dryer in the unit and no balcony so not easy to dry towels and bathing suits between uses. We would probably bring an extra set next time or plan to use the on property laundry facility. Kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook in most nights and bake a cake for my sons birthday.

Clean but smelled

The unit itself was extremely clean and the view was amazing. But, there was an OVERWHELMING smell of cat urine when you walked into the unit. No vent in the bathroom and it gets extremely hot in there when you shower. The unit is very outdated compared to some of the other units we seen walking by and their door being open. Needs to be completely remodeled, honestly. Also, didn’t know that you have to pay $20 (CASH) to park. Luckily, we had some cash to cover that. Everyone has to wear a bracelet that can not be removed your entire stay. We didn’t mind the bracelet (for security reasons) but would have liked it to be removable while you’re in your unit. Only one car allowed to a unit. That wasn’t an issue for us but we heard a lot of other guests having issues with this as they meet there. Maybe add that to the listing.

Missed Opportunity

I was looking forward to vacay w/my 9 yr old nephew. 4 weeks before vacay date I was diagnosed with severe debilitating disease and could not go and was not granted a refund. I hope to be able to try again for this summer

Location…location

Location is ideal. Condo is cute and cozy. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Beach wasn’t crowded and the beach service that comes with rental is fantastic!!! 2 thumbs up!!!

Excellent Stay!

Check in was quick and easy. Had questions when we got in our room and the owners were super quick to respond and called us almost immediately. They were super nice. Room was clean and just as described. Hotel was perfect. Nice, large pool. Bar/snack shop. Lots of outdoor seating and activities. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Beachfront

I loved staying here! The location is perfect for the beach and shopping with plenty of places in walking distance. The view is gorgeous. The owners responded immediately every time I had a question, and were very helpful! We had every amenity we could need for cooking, relaxing, and taking breaks from the beach. The facility is quiet and family friendly. Some things I am especially glad to have had available are the pool, snack shack at the pool, beach chairs and umbrella, full kitchen, gorgeous view, and clean space!! I’m also glad to have safe and close parking on site.

Amazing View

My husband and I rented this room for a weekend with our 2 kids. Everything was perfect, especially the view! The owner was very nice and responded really well, we never had any issues checking in and it was in a great location near lots of tourist attractions. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend 😊
