With direct lake access, scenic views, and activities for all ages, this 3BR/2BA home is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything lake life has to offer. Enjoy a private boat dock, paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, firepit, fooseball and more!

Main Living Area – Open concept with large windows overlooking the lake. Plenty of seating with large Smart TV, sound system, high speed Spectrum Wifi, and board games.

Kitchen – Freshly renovated kitchen, large peninsula bar that seats 4, flat-top range, refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave.

Small Appliances – Drip & Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and wine cooler.

Utensils – Plates, cups, wine glasses, silverware, knife set, tupperware, pots, pans, paper towels and other cooking essentials.

Dining for 10 – Dining table for 6 plus 4 seats at the kitchen peninsula.

Master Suite – King bed, private entry/exit to back deck overlooking the lake, private ensuite with walkin shower with rain, jetted, and handheld shower options, & large closet with full length mirror.

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed & closet

Bedroom 3 – 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 futon, closet & Smart TV.

Full Bath – Tub/shower combo.

Parking/Garage – Large parking area that is boat trailer friendly. One garage is also available for storing valuables while visiting. Our garage entry also offers step-free access into the house.

Expansive Deck – Breath-taking lake views, comfortable cushioned deck furniture set, porch swing & playground swings mounted underneath.

Patio/Firepit/Grill – Wood powered firepit, adirondack chairs, 2 wooden benchs, & built-in charcoal grill.

Private Floating Dock – Multiple cleats available for docking multiple boats/jetski's and built-in ladder. Boat ramp is 6 minutes away.

Water Toys – 2 Stand-Up Paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 2 inflatable kayaks, one large 3-person canoe, lifejackets, deep water off end of dock that is great for swimming or fishing.

All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, and towels. Body, hand, and washcloth towels are located in each bathroom under the sink. We ask that linens remain inside the home and that guests bring towels to use by the lake. We also provide handsoap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner if needed. We will start you off with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities.
