No A/C in Living Room (if true — update if needed): The bedroom has A/C for comfortable sleeping. The living area stays cool with fans and ocean breezes.



No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking unit and property, including the lanai.



Oceanfront Access: The shoreline in front of the property is lava rock—great for sunset views and photos, but not ideal for swimming. The nearest swimmable beaches are Magic Sands and Honl’s Beach.



Pool Hours: The pool is open daily during posted hours. Please follow all pool rules.



Parking: You will have one assigned stall. Visitor parking is limited and not guaranteed.



Laundry: On-site laundry facilities are available (coin or card-operated depending on building system).
