The home was perfect for our family. It is clear that this is someone’s “home” that they invite others to share from time to time. It’s clean, tastefully decorated, and everything works! We had friends who rented from one of the commercial property managers in Watercolor the same week as us - the difference was stark. This is someone’s vacation home, not a hotel room - it had what we needed and it all worked! We also appreciated the use of the pack and play for our 2 year old to nap in. It saved us a lot of trouble by not having to pack or rent one. The host is also an excellent communicator if you have questions or needs.

Perfect, quiet cottage for families

Loved this house. Clean, great amenities, loved the golf cart. The back of the house backs up to a greenway that’s quiet and tranquil. We would definitely rent this cottage again.

Excellent Beach Vacation with daughter and grandkids

We loved this house! Perfect for our family! We enjoyed the screened in porch and swing. The beds were comfy. Close bike rides to the pools and the beach never fails to inspire me as one of the most beautiful on earth. Communication with the rental agency was superb. Thanks for a great experience.

Great home and location

We enjoyed this home and it’s location. It’s centrally located and a short bike or golf cart ride to Seaside and Watercolor. We enjoyed the Watercolor amenities even though they were pretty crowded each day. House is very close to the Dragonfly pool. The beds and living room furniture are comfy. The screened in porch with daybed swing is awesome especially when raining. The golf cart was especially appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing home

We had an absolute fantastic time in this house. We spent the afternoons on the porch reading and sipping on the wine and enjoying the views. The home is very quiet and so is the neighborhood. We enjoyed having the golf cart and were able to get everywhere. The grocery stores within about a two minute drive. Definitely will be back.

Ida altered our plans quite a bit but we were able to take advantage of the nearby dragonfly pool and Camp Watercolor during rain breaks. The golf cart was our favorite part of the stay and it made getting around extremely fun and simple. The house was amazing and we were very comfortable even after having to stay indoors quite a bit. Only a few minor issues such as a leaky kitchen faucet and a freezer/ice tray that was difficult to use. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would re-book as well as recommend.

Great!

Loved the screened porch and porch swing. Couldn’t have made it without the golf cart! Bicycles weren’t in great condition. Tires needed air and very wobbly. But seats were comfortable. Cold air conditioner and hot showers! Bunk beds were too short for anyone over 6’. Overall, a great place to stay and wes stay again!!

Great beach getaway

This was the perfect place to hang for a few days. Loved using the cart to jet around watercolor and seaside. Very comfortable amenities and picturesque accommodations. Only gripes, our dryer didn’t work in our unit, the fridge smelled though I never even reached out to management to fix it, so I can’t really complain, the fridge smelled super funky, and my daughters bracelet fell off in the ocean on a Saturday and there was no way to get a new one (at the crazy $50 replacement price) until Monday. So we couldn’t use the watercolor beach and club amenities until then-that kinda sucked. But it’s definitely one of our better stays and I would definitely recommend and go again!

My family of 6 (3 adults/3 tots) loved this home! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Our car stayed parked in the driveway the moment we arrived. The provided golf cart was perfect to drive around town and to the beach. We spent a lot of time in the enclosed back patio and on the oversized porch swing if we ever found ourselves back at the house. There is a Publix right around the corner that you can drive the golf cart to without any concerns. The kitchen was adequately equipped to grill, make a big hot breakfast, pack lunches, etc. The house as a whole was well equipped as well from just the right amount of paper goods, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and trash bags to get us through our stay (not all homes include this so it was a pleasant surprise). We had plenty of plush, big bath towels and wash rags. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The beds had beautiful bedding that was just as comfortable to sleep in and the extra provided blankets and pillows met the same standards. The decor was amazing and made you feel like you were right at the beach. All of the bedrooms are upstairs (for all of the moms with young children) and a convenient bathroom downstairs. The outside shower had a warm water option versus just cold which was very much appreciated. You will need to bring your own beach gear but there are some available to purchase at Publix and the shopping center around the corner if you don’t want to pack. Access to camp watercolor was so fun!

Fantastic cozy house

This house was overall fantastic. We stayed during Christmas week with our 3 small kids aged 9, 7, and 4. The photos did not do it justice, it was beautifully decorated and furnished, and perfectly cozy and spacious, and there were no issues. The house was very nicely stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking, coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, etc and even had the pantry stocked with a few things. We had Instacart deliver groceries on the first night, which was very easy and convenient. The bedrooms were very nice - great quality linens and towels throughout. TV's all worked great, with access to cable and Netflix etc on all of them. Wifi worked great, even ready to use surround sound that could easily stream music from your cell phone throughout the whole house. Golf cart was very handy and convenient - we easily fit all 5 of us plus all of our beach stuff to drive to and from the Watercolor Inn and also to and from the Camp Watercolor pool. The location of the house is great - it's in a little neighborhood that definitely isn't on the beach or that close to the beach, but it was still very convenient and easy. Management was easy to communicate with via text message for anything that came up during our time there. My one complaint was that at the end of the trip when we got home and realized that we had left my daughter's small pillow and a couple stuffed animals, the management company charged me $50 plus shipping to send it back to me, which seems excessive and unnecessary, considering what I had just spent to rent the house for a week. I don't think that the house was overpriced at all, but that's still a lot of money, and you would think they would ship out something small as a nice courtesy. We are a family who has been vacationing along 30A for many years, and WaterColor has always been our favorite place on the coast. We purchased this home because we love the community’s amenities, family-friendly atmosphere, and easy access to the beach, pools, trails, and everything that makes 30A special.
