This 1-bedroom 1.5-bathroom townhouse is located in the famous Sea Pines Resort. It is Harbour Town's best-kept secret, a perfect romantic getaway for two. You are within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and award-winning nightly live entertainment, yet tucked away from street noise or crowds. The renowned Heritage Golf Course is also a mere 5-10 minute walk, where you can enjoy watching the greats during the PGA tournament or challenge yourself on the links.

The first level of this vacation rental features a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the dining and living areas with access to the back deck. The loft-style bedroom is on the second level with a king bed and adjoining en- bath suite. There is a charming patio off the living room, perfect for al fresco dining or taking om the sun. There is also a swimming pool on site.

Beginning on May 5, 2025, two weeks after the finish of this year’s RBC Heritage, the world-famous, Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links will close for an extensive restoration project. This project has a tentative completion date of November 2025. Views of the course may be obstructed as course maintenance will be taking place 5-7 days a week.

Great location near Harbor Town. The property is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the added bonus of seeing wildlife in the wooded yard - a beautiful little doe.

We love Hilton head Island

We have stayed at Stoney Creek six times now, we have always had a great experience clean rooms updated accommodations centrally located to everything on Hilton head Island. We love riding bikes and just relaxing great place for vacation will go back.

Still wonderful…..

11th or 12th time staying here. Can’t beat the location or the price. I will say that it is absolutely time for a new mattress! Cannot stress this enough! Maybe we are getting older…. 3 out of 4 mornings we could barely get out of bed….pure muscle soreness! But we are not that old! Check in and check out are easy. Thanks again!

Great location

Property checked all the boxes, just very disappointed we had to leave early due to a family emergency. Property came as advertised and was in great location for us at that time of year. We would return in a heartbeat.

Clean and Updated, Perfect for Two!!

we were impressed with the cleanliness of this condo, as well as its convenience to harbor town and the bike paths. We had a great experience with the management company, and really enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening. The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and a very nicely updated kitchen.

Amazing

Stayed here for vacation, place was spotless and nicely located to Harbor Town. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing I would say needs improvement would be getting the air cooler up in the loft, maybe a mini split would help. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home. It made my vacation much more relaxing.

Construction annoyance.

the problem was that there was construction going on next door every day and throughout the day. If you thought you were going to sleep in, forget about it. Found it very intrusive. Not relaxing at all.

Misrepresented on website

My husband and I stayed at this location for seven days. While the location and neighborhood were great for biking and walking into Harbour Town, the condo itself left a lot to be desired. Immediately upon arriving, we realized that the pool was closed for the season. That was one of the primary reasons we had chosen this spot coming from a cold New England winter. When I asked the property manager about this, AND called VRBO, I was told that the closing was listed on the website. Well, it was, but it was buried under three sub-categories almost impossible to find. Secondly, I was taken aback when I walked inside as to how dark the space was. The walls were a medium brown, The downstairs was very dark- the only windows downstairs were the glass sliding doors on one end which offered very little light. Compared with the pictures on the website, it is cleared to me that a filter was used to brighten up all of the interior spaces to make it look much lighter. In the photos, the walls actually look white, which they are not. The carpeting upstairs is stained in multiple places, to the point that my husband and I put towels down just so we didn’t have to look at it. The furniture was old and dated, and look like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. I didn’t feel there was any place I wanted to relax inside or out as there was only a tiny little deck, which had peeling paint and some uncomfortable, wicker chairs. Would not recommend, and will not go back.

Quaint Villa close to Harbour Town

Overall quaint place in a great location - perfect for two. The villa itself is nicely decorated, but as another reviewer noted, the shower handle remains broken. I sent two messages regarding the shower handle with no reply to either message. Few criticisms/complaints: 1) The mattress on the bed in the loft is hard as a rock. If you enjoy sleeping on a slab of concrete, it’s perfect! But if you don’t, then be prepared to wake up sore. 2) For the love of Pete, get a better quality shower curtain liner. I spent half my time fighting the dang liner to stay away from my body as I showered! Because the bottom of it is not weighted, it flies around the tub like a ghost in the night. When it makes contact with your body, it suction cups itself to you so I spent the other half of my time peeling the darn thing off my body when it succeeded in crossing my defenses! 3) The floors downstairs are beautiful however, there are quite a few areas of the floor where the tile is badly chipped/pitted so if you are talented and graceful like me, maybe you will get lucky and find your big toe lodged in one of the holes and miraculously stub your toe too :) 4) The carpet upstairs is stained and could stand a nice cleaning or replacement. 5) The dryer does not work on most settings or stay on for the whole cycle, so if you do laundry, you may need to stay close by so you can keep an eye on it. As stated, overall the villa is nice and perfect for a getaway for two! Would stay again (providing the shower curtain liner gets changed (ha!)

Wonderful property

The property worked out very well for our stay in Hilton Head. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and had every amenity that you would need. The location was a short walk into Harbor Town where we could shop, dine and look at the beautiful boats in the marina. We would stay in this property again.

If you like to sleep on concrete this place is for you.

We thought there would be more plush bedding in this “remodeled” condo. Even my husband complained about it. Found it difficult to sleep and not at all what we expected. Otherwise the place was ok. Great location.
