There is so much to fall in love with at this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath penthouse at Carlos Pointe on the quiet, beautiful southern tip of Fort Myers Beach. This ideal spot brings all the magic of the perfect Florida vacation - miles of gorgeous white sandy, secluded beach, beautiful gulf waters, dolphin watching, shell collecting, fishing, all kinds of water sports, and of course, our world famous, spectacular sunsets.

The best feature of the condo has to be the huge screened-in balcony. Enjoy your breakfast out on the lanai table and watch the early morning boats go out to fish and the dolphins that follow them out. All day you'll appreciate the gulf breezes as you relax, listen to the surf, read a book and watch the seabirds soaring by, while at night, you can enjoy your cocktails as you watch the sun go down.

Of course the living area is a wonderful spot for relaxing as well. Lots of big comfortable chairs and sofas for reading that special book you've been wanting to or for catching the game on TV.

This is also the ideal place to entertain - there's a large dining room table for 4 with a bar sink nearby; a well-equipped kitchen where you'll find appliances, cookware, prep tools and all the tableware you could need. The lanai has two tables with chairs for dining alfresco.

Just as marvelous are the sleeping accommodations. The large Master Bedroom is an En Suite (Master Bath and separate dressing area) and includes a King-Sized Bed, a comfy reading chair, and a TV. Best of all, it has its own sliding glass door entry to the Screened In Lanai. There are two Guest Bedrooms - one with a Queen Bed and TV and the other with Two Twins - and they share a large Guest Bath. There is also an additional Half Bath for your guests. There's an in-unit Washer and Dryer...no going home with dirty clothes!

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

On site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a heated pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, BBQ grills, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, and a social room overlooking the pool.

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just a short walk to 7 miles of our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters - a place for family fun in the sun, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills, and our world famous sunsets! The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle!

Fort Myers Beach is famous for its breathtaking sunsets, long white sandy beaches, shell collecting, boating, water sports and excellent fishing.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. Beach renourishment has been completed and the beaches are more beautiful than ever.
