In the updated backyard, enjoy the resort-like setting complete with a heated spa, fire pit, lounge area, and more. The home itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and thoughtful design touches throughout.



This home is professionally managed by a local, high-end hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own, and you will experience an extremely high level of hospitality during your stay. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction.

To book this property:1. Log in to VRBO as normal.2. Book on VRBO and pay in advance and in full for your stay.3. You will receive a message in your VRBO Inbox directing you to an external website (not part of VRBO).4. On the external website, provide your full name, email address and telephone number.5. You will next be directed to upload pictures of your driver's license (front and back). At this point, you will have now provided your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, physical home address and a picture of yourself.6. You will also be directed to enter all of your credit card information on this webpage outside of VRBO (so they can charge and refund a cleaning deposit they say).7. At this point, you should be provided with the details to check-in however, you're still not done. You will receive an email in your personal email address (outside of the VRBO Inbox) instructing you to provide a "live selfie" to "complete the verification process". Since I did not have a smart phone they budged on this point.For all these hoops, you'd think the property would be perfect. However, on driving up, the property had weeds growing out front. Thermostat heat in the house locked to less than or equal to 73F, round not oval toilets, hot tub filter clogged, water cloudy and not service in "231 days". Fire pit did work though and had propane. Great location in a remodeled mid-20th century home a block behind old town.

****Do Not Stay Here!****The house had a very strong order. It was everywhere - in the drapes, the cabinets, refrigerator - in every corner of the house. We opened every window and doors to try to air it out. We went to the store to buy scented candles and scented wall plugins. We bought baking soda filters for the frigerator. Nothing helped. My friend was getting sick from the smell and a headache. The hot tub was dirty. The water was cloudy and dirty. There were bugs and debris floating around. The panel was showing two errors. One was a filter blockage error. The second was that the water hadn’t been cleaned in over 200 days. There was a garden hose near the hot tub that was running flooding the backyard. Someone left it on before we arrived. We couldn’t turn it off. There were weeds all along the front of the property. This is no “stunner” of a rental house. The listing is false and misrepresenting the actual house condition. We spent 4 hours of our vacation making phone calls, taking photos, and sending emails to vrbo customer service and the host property management company GoodLife Vacations. We continued to get the run around with no answers. Vrbo suggest we stay somewhere else so we did. Good life vacations never sent anyone to view the property after promising they were going to for 3 days. GoodLife said we were lying about the condition of the home even after we sent numerous photos and denied our refund. Zero stars!

Pulled up to the house and it looked abandoned. Weeds and leaves filled the yard. A neighbor named Heidi came over as soon as she saw us in the yard and pointed out the full trash can at the curb with trash everywhere. She said Javelina’s knock the can over and trash was everywhere. I contacted the company and they did send someone over, but the guy just wheeled the full smelly trash can into the driveway.The dishwasher smelled, the fridge light for filter change was on, assuming that’s never been changed.They don’t have really toilet paper holders on the wall, just a metal thing hanging off the toilet tank.The jacuzzi cover was rotten and flaky and the jacuzzi had alerts message lights that the water was old and needed changing as well as a warning that the filter or something was pulled and only got to be around 97 degrees. Also, no chlorine tablets in the float.I have pictures of everything if you’d like to view.This was very disappointing, especially for the cost.
