Great communication. Had an issue with the door to balcony and was contacted immediately and walked through how to fix it. Great location. Easy access to beach.

The condo is very nice and the balcony is excellent! We had a hiccup upon check in on a Sunday evening but this was resolved immediately that night and at no fault of the owner / host. Dawn made sure that we were taken care of and we were very satisfied and happy with our stay. The beach access is very close. We had a wonderful time. We could not get the bedroom TV to work but we really didn’t watch it anyway and in all fairness we did not report this to Dawn. But maybe should be checked for future guests. We would stay here again and Dawn was an excellent host.

Dawn was excellant in her responses to any questions or comments that we had. Balcony is huge with a great view of the beach and sunsets. Rooms were clean.The condo had a few minor concerns that need to be addressed. The mattress should be replaced, as it sags a little in the center. The tv is outdated, not allowing me to hook up my Roku stick. The single chair in the living room was un-usable, it felt like you were sitting on a hard board. Kitchen needs a couple of new frying pans.If all of these concerns were addressed by the owners, it could definitely reach toward 5 star status, and we would probably rent it again in the future. Despite these concerns, we had a good week and were sorry we had to leave.Did I mention Dawn was amazing!!

Great vacation!

Beautiful condo and wonderful owners to work with.. the resort was really nice, enjoyed the pool area with the Hang Out restaurant...Tower 2 /402 - highly recommend!

Overall, we were happy with the unit. There were a handful of things that need to be updated. The ceiling fan in the bedroom does not have a pull cord, so you cannot change the fan setting. Also, there is no overhead light in the bedroom. I would suggest a new ceiling fan with a light fixture. We were not able to get the TV in the bedroom to work. Also, the bathtub cannot be filled, as the stopper does not work. The water runs out as you fill it. In need of updating, I would say, are the mattress, the couch and chair in the living room. These things were all in fair condition, but not very comfortable to sit or sleep in.

I do wish we had known about the TV and bathtub stopper during your stay, as we would have been happy to have someone come by and address those issues for you. We send a message the morning after arrival specifically to make sure everything is going well and to give our guests an opportunity to let us know if anything needs attention. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response or notification of any issues during your stay. We will certainly check the ceiling fan, TV and bathtub stopper, and we appreciate your comments regarding the furnishings as well. Very Nice Location and Accomodations

Everything was true to the listing for this property. We had a great time and it was very easy to check in and out. Communication was exceptional with the property manager and we had a nice relaxing vacation getaway for the winter.

Great unit on the beach!!! Easy access, easy parking, pools, pool bar and restaurant, and free beach chairs and umbrella was a great added bonus! Walking distance to many local restaurants and activities. Everyone was so nice! Views from the balcony were amazing!

Great Stay!

Great location! Loved the pool especially since had mostly double flags most of the time. Ease of getting to the 4th floor was very nice along with the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome condo....awesome location

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again our stay was awesome, the location is perfect. Condo was clean and well-kept, kids loved the view from the balcony and they also love the pool. Can't wait to come back and stay again.

It was a beautiful spot, right in the middle of a everything. Place and manager very accommodating!
