***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50
***$175/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.***
***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a $300 security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.***
