One of the nicest properties we have rented in the last 12 years. The place looked like it was just built! View off the front porch is like no other. We will be back for sure!

not cheap, but worth it

6 of us stayed, very nice and clean, beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the porch (swingbed is so nice) and bikes most of all. Location is great, very quiet.

Fantastic property

We had a wonderful fall getaway here in Naturewalk. I have never stayed on 30-A not right on the beach, but this is a real treasure. The pools are great, the bike/walk to the beach is easy and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. We will be repeat guests for sure.

Fantastic vacation home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TipSea Turtle. The home is spacious, Immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-appointed, bikes are a bonus, the large dining table and lovely porch are perfect for family gatherings. The management company made our check-in seamless.

2 family vacation

This house was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! The bed porch swing was our favorite! It was perfect for our 2 families, 9 guests total. I would highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving get-a-way

House was spectacular and the perfect size for our 2 families to spend the Thanksgiving holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed having 2 master suites which really made it a home away from home experience. Neighborhood has everything you would need to entertain kids ages 10-20. The bikes were a plus and the distance from the ocean was so convenient.

Beautiful home!

The home was clean and well maintained. The layout and bedroom arrangements were perfect - loft porches, large bedrooms! House is close to beach but not really walking distance in the extreme heat. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Sping break 2024

Lovely house. Very quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed inside the house. Approximately 2 mile bike ride to Seaside. Easy access to Publix. Would stay here again.

Family friendly and beautiful!

We just left from our week of vacation at this lovely property. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large crowd and the accommodations were just as described. Our favorite hangout was the large front porch with plenty of shade, seating and a large bed swing. The three king beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Plus the bikes were an added bonus to get you to the beach and around the area. Lots of walking paths too! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

Beach Getaway Oasis

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more. The home and our stay was extremely comfortable, especially with the 2 master suites. It was the perfect space for our family’s vacation that felt like a home away from home. We were extra surprised to find a bike with a baby’s seat left for us after they found out we had a little one. So thoughtful! We’ll be back!

Welcome Space!

Spacious, modern and welcoming setting! We spent spring break here with our daughter and grandchildren (3 adults and 3 children) and it was perfect. The two master suites make it possible for the adults to have a great space while the children have ample room in the two other bedrooms and the landing gathering spot provides a pull-out for that independent soul to sleep! We all enjoyed hanging out here on the cool mornings waiting for the beach temps to rise. Will recommend and plan to return some time!

Beautiful home! Very comfortable & lots of amenities. Love the picture windows & the large swing

Very updated, clean. Very comfortable beds. Master suite on main level was designed very well. Loved it! Especially enjoyed the bikes & riding the nature trails. Plenty of linens. Decor was very nice. Comfortable chairs & couch...especially liked the swivel rockers. Would love to book New Year's week next year but already booked :(

Excellent house, would definitely stay again!

We stayed the latter part of July 2018, 2 families totaling 10 people. The house fit us all perfectly, and was decorated beautifully. Was close enough to the beach (I wouldn't call it walking distance, especially if you're bringing anything), but its a close drive (we were able to find public parking near the beach) or they have the shuttle. The neigborhood is awesome with lots of activity, biking, trails, and the pools. We would definitely stay here again! Only complaint, parking was kind of a pain with 2 Suburbans, but we made it work!

beautiful, clean and spacious

very comfortable beds, lovely decor, plenty of room for two families. we loved the swing on the porch and the pool and the bikes. our only negative was the lack of basic supplies- only only one dish towel, one dish rag, 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pellets, not enough toilet paper. other than that everything was perfect.

This beach house offers numerous amenities including a starter amenity pack that BeachWalk provides the guests to start their vacation until they are able to run over to Publix to buy their own necessities. The Starter Amenity Pack includes: Kitchen 2 kitchen towels 2 kitchen rag 4 kitchen trash liners 1 liquid dish soap 2 dishwasher detergent pods 1 roll of paper towels 1 sponge Bathroom 2 bath towels per person using bathroom 2 hand towels per bathroom 4+ washcloths per bathroom 1+ bath mat per bathroom 2 trash bags per bathroom 2 bars of soap per bathroom 1 shampoo per bathroom 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom Laundry 1 pack HE liquid laundry detergent Half Baths 1 bar of soap 1 hand towel. If there is anything that is ever missed or if anything extra is needed to get guests by, we are more than happy to provide a service and drop off extra amenities.
