Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace, where expansive ocean-view windows fill the space with natural light and calming coastal views. The heart of the home is an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen, featuring two gas stovetops and two dishwashers—ideal for effortless group meals, entertaining, or hosting a private chef, which KPort Concierge can arrange for a truly memorable in-home dining experience.

Step outside and immerse yourself in everything Goose Rocks Beach has to offer. Stretching nearly three miles of soft sand, the beach is protected by a barrier reef and Timber Island, creating calm, swimmable waters perfect for all ages. Children will love exploring the tidal pools and gentle river at the northern end of the beach.

Just a short walk from the house, the Goose Rocks Beach Community House offers tennis courts, a playground, basketball court, and arts and crafts programs for kids (fees apply). Golfers will find several excellent courses within five miles, and water enthusiasts can take advantage of nearby kayak, stand-up paddleboard, and boat rentals. For those seeking waves, Fortunes Rocks Beach, located just a couple of miles north, is a favorite local surf spot.

When it’s time to dine out, enjoy a leisurely walk to the Tides Inn for cocktails or dinner, or explore Dock Square, where you’ll find everything from beloved coastal classics to inspired, creative cuisine.
