Our beautiful Scandinavian beach house "Beau Site 277", which we have lovingly renovated two years ago for you in the country house style and with the installation of a gas heater, keeps its name. Only about 70 meters from the beach, it stands on a dune in the shade of old pine trees. From the gallery upstairs you have a wonderful view through the trees on the Baltic Sea - here you can really relax and enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine, a good book and candlelight.

In every season you are in our house from everyday life off - in the summer at the nearby beach (the water is clean, gently sloping and thus a paradise for children), after a stormy autumn day with a bath in the whirlpool, in winter by the crackling fire or in the hotel sauna to warm up after a beach walk. The special feature: Since 2016, the house has a gas heating, with which they can heat inexpensive and even in the cold season for a "cozy climate" in the house.

On our large wooden terrace you can have breakfast in the summer and listen to the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds. There are also two sun loungers and a beach chair where you can enjoy the sunshine through the pine forest.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. Here you will find a stove with oven and ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, another coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a small selection of spices, a microwave, a waffle iron, a raclette grill and everything else needed for cooking. At the end of 2017, we replaced the hob, oven and dishwasher with new Miele appliances. We hope that you will not miss anything. There is also an electric grill, so you can enjoy a small barbecue. Since the houses in the beach park are in a biosphere reserve, grilling with an open fire is unfortunately not permitted.

The living room we have equipped with a corner sofa, which invites you to relax. So you can lie on the flat screen TV, which is connected to the Internet, so you can also access the media libraries. There is also a DVD player for you. Use of the W-LAN is included in the price. In 2018, we purchased a Bose speaker that allows you to play your own music directly from your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth in addition to the radio function (six preset stations).

Two comfortable bedrooms - one on the ground floor (one double bed) and one upstairs (two single beds and a cot) - sleep up to four people. In our spa you will find next to sauna, whirlpool and washer dryer a floor-deep shower.

If it comes to bad weather days and you have forgotten games at home, there are a few board games for you. There is also a small selection of books available.
