Perfect Beach Getaway

This was our first stay at this condo, but we will definitely make it back again someday! The unit was amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation with our family. The view from the balcony can't be beat! The pools were clean, staff were all friendly, and the elevators were all fast. Mike's across the street was very convenient for dinner and our meal was great. Linda and Ken were very responsive to any question we had. I've never had better communication with a host than what we had from Linda. We appreciate the hospitality and can't wait to make a trip back!

Another Week in Paradise

Second year in a row at this unit and it did not disappoint. The view from the 11'th floor end unit is spectacular. Even though it was 4'th July week, much less crowded at the West end of PCB. The condo is squeaky clean, well-furnished and Linda is the perfect host. Can't wait to return again next year!

The PERFECT rental!

This is our second year staying here and we absolutely LOVE IT! This condo has EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation and is so clean! Linda is VERY repsonsive with any questions or concerns you may have ! The entire stay was as smooth as it gets! The views from the balcony are an amazing plus!

40'th Anniversary

We have stayed in some very fine condos in Panama City Beach over the last 20 years but this one exceeds them ALL! Squeaky clean; very well-supplied with beach toys, chairs and cooking supplies; top-end furniture inside and out; perfect, concerned and timely communication with Linda, the owner- by text, email and/or phone call; ...and then there is the view- as an end unit it has an expansive and "wide open" view of the ocean that literally takes your breath away- the best open balcony we have ever seen! I hesitate to rave too strongly about how awesome this place is because I don't want anyone else bumping us from next year's reservation. So to ensure we don't miss out, we are actually going to reserve it now for next year- something we have never done before- Love this Condo...and you will too!

Honest statement

If you are seeking for a place to stay with all the accomodations them this is the place for you. Two pools, spa, sauna and small gym, great view and amazing location been a corner unit; everything you need from kitchen to the beach. Great experience on the unit and for sure we will be back. Is literally like a second home experience, very private, pool chairs included as see in the pictures and also the appliances was upgrade too (may pictures will be change soon). Linda was a great host, very responsive by email and phone; in conclusion i highly recommend this unit and the host.

Beautiful and clean!

We loved everytbing about our stay! Linda is very reaponsive and we had EVERYTHING we needed! The beach accessories are a huge plus and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need! The unit was just as pictured and VERY CLEAN! We will definitely stay again!

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Great location and not too crowded for the area. The condo was clean and very nice. Great views. The owner was very responsive and callled to check in with us to make sure all was in order. All in all, we had a great time.

Father’s Day Surprise!!!

This Condo was perfect for our family get together. Everything was perfect!!! Our granddaughter who serves in the Navy (who we haven’t seen in quite some time) flew into Panama City Airport, which was very close to the Condo and surprised her Dad on Father’s Day while we were there!!! The Condo was clean and stocked very well. The beds and all the furniture were comfortable and relaxing to enjoy. The location was close to everything and filled all our needs. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Linda…

Vacation was just too short.

View was gorgeous from balcony. You get a breeze all the time. The balcony is larger because it on the end of the complex. You can see the beach and look down Beach Street towards town if you like. The furniture on the balcony is new. We spent a lot of time out there. You just look down and can see if the pool and hot tub is busy. Two recliners, nice foldaway couch, and full size Samsung washer and dryer. Plenty of extras. We had to leave too soon.

Family Vacation

Home Away from Home X 2

This is our second time!! We absolutely enjoy every minute we spend in this condo. It is the perfect location. West side of PCB, close enough to everything you need, without all the noise. 11th floor end unit offers a huge balcony, with lots of comfortable furniture. The view is wonderful!! All you need to bring is your clothes, very well stocked. Easy access to PCB parkway, so you can dine at your favorite restaurant's without all the traffic on the strip. Thank you Linda & Ken!!

PCB 2021

Fantastic!

We started our week with some Tropical Storm inconveniences, but Linda was amazing through it all & went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and taken care of! The property/condo is beautiful and clean! The view from the 11th floor is magnificent! The whole family had an amazing week. Can't wait to go back next year!

Emerald Isle neverdisappoints

This is our fifth stay at Emerald Isle, but out first at 1110... it may be our favorite yet! This condo is absolutely gorgeous! From the lush linens to the closet full of beach goodies , we were thrilled with everything! The EI staff took amazing care of us, especially Dustin and Lloyd! Family Funfest

We travelled with many family members for our stay and it was amazing. Our room was excellent! The closet of extras was helpful- the wagon alone saved us trips to get things down to the beach. The owners checked in with us during our stay which was appreciated. We will definitely look to stay at this condo in the future. There are a lot of extras in this room that others did not offer as far as things other travelers “paid forward”. *tip - Call to reserve your chair/umbrellas ahead if time. Those guys/gals are amazing and really went out of their way to accommodate multiple families who wanted to sit together daily.

We wanted our second home to be special with the same comforts of home and the added amenities, ease of access, and stunning views of the water and sunsets painted by the Master as we enjoy at Emerald Isle.
