Hello! My name is Nataliya. I’ve called the Lowcountry home for over 20 years, though I’m originally from Ukraine. I truly feel lucky to live in such a beautiful place and love sharing it with others. My family is my world, and we enjoy everything outdoors - kayaking, biking, playing soccer and tennis. Harbor island is very unique and incredible place to visit, it is simply a hidden gem! There is something truly special about our quiet, peaceful beach where the only "noise" is the sound of the Atlantic and the local birdlife. It feels worlds away from crowded city life. The Sleeping Quarters Primary Master Retreat (Bedroom 1): Experience ultimate luxury on the first floor. This expansive suite features a King bed, a 65” Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee, or indulge in the spa-like ensuite bathroom, complete with dual showers, a freestanding soaking tub, and a double vanity. Second Master Suite (Bedroom 2): A private haven on the second floor featuring a King bed, 55” Smart TV, and its own private balcony. Includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Panorama Room (Bedroom 3): Waking up is a joy in this King bedroom, wrapped in five massive windows offering spectacular, unobstructed views. The Octopus Lounge (Second Floor Living Space): This bright and inviting bonus area is perfect for relaxing or extra guests. It features a pull-out sofa, a 55” TV, with board games and books. Family & Fun Zones The Entertainment Loft (Bedroom 4): A versatile space perfect for kids or teens! Features 3 Twin beds (including a pull-out) plus sofa bed. This room doubles as a hangout spot with a 43” TV, board games, games and toys. The Junior Suite (Bedroom 5): Designed with kids in mind, this cozy room features two Twin beds (bunk-style/upper and lower) with plenty of toys and games to keep the little ones busy. Living & Gourmet Kitchen Chef’s Dream Kitchen: The heart of the home is an open-concept culinary space featuring a massive 11.5ft quartz island and a large walk-in pantry. Stocked with all cooking necessities for family meals. Grand Living Area: Relax on the sprawling 12ft designer sectional in the main living room, perfect for movie nights on the 60” Smart TV.

Community Amenities Guests have access to the following amenities: Pool & Fitness: Large community pool and a fully equipped gym. The community pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 31. Code to the gym is in the welcome folder right upfront. Sports: 2 Tennis courts, 2 Pickleball courts, beach volleyball and basketball court. Family Fun: Kids’ playground and a charming 3-hole mini-golf course. Convenience: An on-site General Store for the essentials. Nature & Outdoors: 2 bird-watching decks and 2 fishing/crabbing docks. Just a quick heads-up: being on the coast, we do occasionally have no-see-ums (tiny gnats), especially around sunrise and sunset. We provide bug spray for your convenience, but we recommend bringing your favorite as well so you can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces! Our home offers plenty of parking for 5+ vehicles. Please note that Harbor Island requires a gate pass for each vehicle and charges per day/per vehicle. We’re happy to include passes for up to two vehicles; any additional passes can be purchased for an extra fee.
