bedroom townhouse features a spacious Living Room
with Flat Screen TV, Custom Kitchen, Laundry Room
plus each Bedroom is outfitted with a Flat Screen TV & Private Bath.

This VIP townhouse is ideal for Golf, Beach lovers and
Nature lovers alike! Enjoy the miles of bike trails that
wind their way throughout Sea Pines and past tranquil
Lagoons dotted with Alligators basking in the sun, Great
White Snowy Egrets & Blue Herons; along with the Deer
that can be spotted at dusk. The Sea Pines Beach Club
can be accessed via the FREE Sea Pines Trolley.

We were here for a son’s wedding. We had a fabulous stay. The townhouse was everything we had hoped. It was clean and comfortable. What we loved the most was being on the ocean front. The patio had great seating. We give it our highest recommendations

Nice place, perfect location

Perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Close to everything! Plenty of space for our group and house had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Loved the location, view, and spacious floor plan. Kitchen was well equipped, and beds were comfortable. Some shade on the back porch would have been nice, but we made due by moving chairs under the gorgeous old oak. The sound of the tide coming in daily was relaxing and the busy harbor made for great entertainment. We will be back in the off season!

Perfect spot for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in the perfect location and everything looked very true to the pictures shown online. We would definitely rent here again. The one and only issue was the A/C in the 2nd floor master bedroom was very poor (all other rooms worked perfectly). A fan was dropped off to on the first night to help cool the room.

Perfect property for our family

Everything about this property was amazing, it was true to the pictures online. The one and only complaint was the master bedroom on the second floor in the back had no air-conditioning, very poor vent system and the master bathroom vent was also broken. A fan was dropped off for us to use in that bedroom. But the rest of the house was extremely cool and we stayed during a heatwave so that was important.

GREAT Family Vacation!

We had six adults (3 couples) and 3 children ages 4, 2, and 6 months -this was a faulous location within walking distance of everything the Harbour has to offer! Playground was great for the kids, bakery for breakfast, quarter deck for lunch were all fabulous! The pool was so close and great. The Calibogue Bay gave us all that the ocean side could have offered. Fishing, boating, parasailing, a beautiful view and sunset. The pictures already show that it was a bit outdated so we knew to expect that and the property didn't let us down. It was a clean facility that gave us a great location, a decent bed and shower, and the management at Sea Turtle Management were the best! Couldn't be more helpful in making sure we were all set up upn arrival, down to the bikes and all the equipment. Thank you!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at 704 Schooner. Can't beat the location to all the attractions at Harbor Town. The condo was nice. Kitchen was fully stocked but the coffee pot was horrible. Coffee grounds all inside like it had never been cleaned. The hot water takes FOREVER to heat up. We thought a breaker had flipped but you literally have to let it run for a good 3-4 minutes then it finally get warm. Updated showers in two of the other bathrooms would be nice. Older people have a had time getting in and out of the tub/shower combo as it is so high off the ground. But overall it was a nice place and we would probably stay again. Plenty of room for a family with grown married children and inlaws.

Fall Family Getaway

Our family decided Hilton Head would be a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving this year. HHI is a yearly outting, but never in fall, or Harbour Town. We were not disappointed. The property is a fantastic location! Step away from the shops and restaurants yet the back yard feels private with gorgeous views of the water. We brought yard games and played sat on the patio at night. Gregg Russell had a day after Thanksgiving show, a must see no matter age! The bedrooms were a good size each having their own bathroom and the dining table comfortably accommodated our family. Our girls were especially excited to be so close to their favorite pastry/coffee shop on the island! We reserved pickleball courts in South Beach great set-up. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the stocking of kitchen. Not a huge deal as most people are not making Thanksgiving dinner on vaca but could use a decent set of pans, utensils. Overall amazing unit and magical place to visit!

However, after paying ~$830 per night I was expecting a perfect experience. My dissatisfaction was driven by the "penny pinching" approach of the property manager (e.g., cheapest possible toiler paper - bidimensional, only half a box of tissues, no extra trash bags, no towels in one of the bathrooms). Anyway, house location is as good as it gets
