The property is approximately 7 miles (about a 15-minute drive) from Walt Disney World. ChampionsGate is just 10 minutes away and offers a Publix supermarket, restaurants, and championship golf courses. Posner Park Shopping Mall is approximately 15 minutes away, and Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 40-minute drive.

This newly designed and furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features modern upgrades throughout. The villa includes two primary bedrooms styled with a luxury feel, each with direct pool access and en-suite bathrooms, along with two themed twin bedrooms.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a 65" TV, with direct access to the outdoor space. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private pool and spa, a covered lanai with loungers, and a 55" outdoor TV. The home also features one of the few fenced backyards in the community.
Additional amenities include a themed games room, free Wi-Fi, six Roku TVs, and a fully equipped remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. All bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Marceline Dreams Villa offers a comfortable and well-located base for enjoying the Orlando area and nearby attractions.

Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
