Debi and her team are simply incredible. We have stayed here multiple times and have no intention of staying anywhere else. The cleanliness of the property cannot be overstated. The responsiveness of Debi and her team is amazing and the community as a whole is wonderful. We booked our next stay before we even finished our last!

Perfect villa - spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great pool deck with plenty of beds and heated spa was fab. Very easy to use house alarm and door codes (have encountered others that were so complicated). Bonus having full length mirrors in master bedrooms. Would recommend villa and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 7 people and really enjoyed the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, giving everyone ample space. The property was very clean and everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family come to Florida every year for our annual family trip and this house was absolutely beautiful. The space was perfect! I was happy to have made our 2025 annual trip memories here and will definitely keep this one for another year! Host was also friendly and replied very quickly. 10 out of 10

Great home in great location. The only thing I would add is the travel time to WDW is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour with traffic.

Great family vllla for 12

Had a wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa first 2 weeks of July. Group of 6 adults and 6 kids 8 - 12yrs loads of room for everyone and pool brilliant. Great response from Debi our host who was very accommodating to our needs 5 stars all round.

Wonderful Villa

Having just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday, I can’t praise the whole process highly enough. Booking went smoothly and owners were super quick to respond to any questions. On arrival we were absolutely taken aback on how stunning the property is. The photos do not do it justice! Exceptionally clean, with everything thought of and catered for. Felt so secure with the 24hour security gates. Will 100% book again.

Fantastic Villa in a great location

Perfect villa exactly as described. Everything that we could of needed was in the villa. Pool was lovely and warm with the heating paid for. Nice quiet location, but near enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Would/will definitely stay again. Owners were fantastic at communicating and the management company were quick to reply. Hope you enjoy as much as we did should you book here.

A welcome retreat

A welcome retreat. We loved this place - it was spacious and well maintained with everything you need. Everything was spotless and in a quiet residential area. The bedrooms were well proportioned, the living space was luxurious and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were responsive a real gem - I would highly recommend this Villa.

Spring Break

We rented this house for the Canadian March break. We have rented many homes over the years, and this is the best home we have ever rented. It was the nicest, cleanest and well equipped home we’ve ever rented. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool everyday and the game room was a bonus that our whole family enjoyed. The second fridge was a bonus as well came in handy with a large family. Debbie was very pleasant to deal with and her management team is amazing too. We look forward to booking this home again.

Best whole family holiday in a long time

Property was clean ,modern and very spacious for our family of 11, The pool area was fantastic and younger members enjoyed the games room. Management and owners very responsive and rectified a small problem right away. Debi was very quick to respond and is lovely. If we return as a whole family again we would definitely stay here .good location to all parks and shops with a bit of traffic which is to be expected.

Lovely

We arrived at the villa it was easy to gain access into the house, the home was warm and welcoming the photos of this villa are recent, the home has everything you will need. we were 5 adults (we did intend taking children with us but things changed the home is safe for children.) We would definitely stay again I like this development and this home was nicer than most I have used on this development.

Simply Amazing

Our family has rented many homes in the Davenport/Orlando area and this home was far and away the best. The home was incredibly clean, well equipped, and conveniently located to many amenities. For families with children, the pool area is excellent. Doors are alarmed, there is a robust safety fence and the pool heat was perfect. There was ample space for everyone both upstairs and downstairs. Without question, we are going to be renting this property again. The community was excellent, the owners were communicative and responsive, as well the property management company. Overall, I could not ask for anything more from this experience!

Family and friends vacation

House is nice. Location is good. Had a problem with AC leaking water and getting the carpet wet and dripping from the vent in the downstairs bathroom. Owner got it taken care of as soon as they were told. Pool is great and layout of house is good we all had our own room and space. Wish it had a downstairs bedroom as i hate the stairs when tired but i am old. Lol not an issue for the rest of the group which was younger.

Reid Family Vacation

This home was amazing and very relaxing. Our entire family loved this vacation home. We would definitely rent this home again. We highly recommend this home to all of our family and friends visiting the Davenport area because it definitely exceeded all of our expectations. We enjoyed being away from all of the city congestion and relaxing in a quiet gated community. This beautiful home helped make our trip even more enjoyable. The pool and spa were definite perks with this villa. Most importantly this house was super clean and had all needed amenities available upon our arrival. Thank you for your amazing hospitality! Zero words can express how awesome this place is!

In 100% honesty, I was nervous about booking when I found out tge payments were being distributed to the UK. After some communication between the host and I, I felt confident but still checked with VRBO. The reassured me it was legit. I then booked the place. The Hosts are absoulutley amazing, respectful and straight down to earth people! The property is beauitful, very clean and up to high standards. I wouldnt stay anywhere else now I have found these hosts. I have no more real words to describe my stay. It was just amazing. Couldnt ask for more caring and inviting people to allow us to enjoy their vacation home as if it were our own. This place is a hidden gem and a must stay! Deb, You are a truely amazing person. Thank you for allowing us to rent!

Lovely home!

We stayed here with our teenage children and a couple of friends over Christmas and New Year’s to escape cold New York. This house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. It was spotlessly clean and was even decorated for Christmas. When not out sightseeing, we loved using the game tables in the garage. I did text the house managers to let them know of a small issue with the vertical blinds, but never got a response. Also, I did feel that this housing community was a little more remote than other places we’ve stayed in Florida, but we do expect to have to drive to get where we want to go so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely choose this wonderful house again!

Extremely clean and great setup

This home is great with four bedrooms with king or queen beds and attached bathrooms, which was perfect for our adult trip. Large closets, a powder room downstairs, plentiful patio and pool furniture and an extra refrigerator in the garage were great features. The outside couch, table, and lounge chairs were more used than the living room furniture thanks to great weather! We enjoyed the neighborhood being small, the friendly staff at the gate, and some of us used the fitness facilities. We chose not to heat the pool, but might do that if staying at the same time of year again despite daytime temps in the high 70s. The WiFi wasn’t blazing fast, but served our purposes. The owners communicated about some maintenance needing to be scheduled and were gracious to ask if it would bother us. We would happily stay here again!

Stunning Spacious Villa in Tranquil Surroundings

We have just returned from a fabulous two week Florida vacation which was made all the more special by staying in this beautiful villa. This is our fourth rental villa in the area and our second time in Watersong - this is by far the best yet. Watersong itself suits us well as we like to escape to peace and quiet after hectic theme park days. It is a little further out than other resorts we've stayed at but it's worth the extra few minutes drive. The villa itself is extremely well appointed and we particularly loved that it had double beds in all six bedrooms and no garish, childish Disney themes. The pool and surrounding area is very large and well equipped with chairs and loungers. The wildlife was interesting too - we saw raccoons, an armadillo, herons and lizards - all outside the pool screen! Many thanks to the owners for letting us share your lovely home. We'll be sure to recommend you to others and if we're returning as an extended group again, would definitely consider renting again as it will be very hard to beat.

Our Stay

The house itself was very spacious, well kept and had everything we needed. Heating the pool was an absolute must and we made the most of the outdoor area. They also have a propane grill for use, as well, which was a nice addition.However, we had a HUGE issue with the smoke detectors - the batteries died in four of them one by one for four out of the seven days we were there, one at 11 pm, one during the afternoon, another at 1:30 am and another on our last day at noon. Every time I reached out to the owner/property manager and someone came to fix them within 12 hours - until the last one went off; I notified both parties and was just left hanging with a beeping detector all day - I messaged the property manager to ask when someone was coming; he said he didn’t know, and no one showed up. So I disconnected it. While I understand that this is something that is unforeseen, it really impacted our use and enjoyment of the inside of the home, as we were constantly waiting for someone to come and fix the issue and dealing with obnoxious sound of constant beeping. It really isn’t fun, especially at 1:30 in the morning when you’re scouring the house for something to stand on to reach it.

I'm so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at our villa. Unfortunately the problem with the smoke detectors during your stay were outside our control and they have now all been replaced with new ones.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION

We have stayed in some amazing villas in Florida but this is by far the best yet. I fell in love with this villa from the pictures. The pictures show an amazing villa and the reality is better, real luxury. As soon as you walk in you are amazed. The space is so large, there were only five of us but you can see even if there were more people there would be more than enough space for everybody. There are two living rooms each with its own TV. There are two dining areas one has the largest dining table I have ever seen in a Florida villa, there is enough space for everyone to eat together if they wish. Then there's the outside. The pool area is amazing. The backdrop is conservation, so peaceful. We saw squirrels, racoons, sand hill cranes, they were fun to watch. There were enough sunbeds for everybody had we all wanted to relax at the same time. What was really good was that pool towels were provided, but instead of being folded away in a cupboard these were made into a feature, placed in a basket by the patio door, so you could pick one up as you went out to the pool. The bedrooms are all large with their own bathrooms. Two master bedrooms with very large king beds and bathrooms with walk in showers and bath tubs. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well whilst we were there. There are plenty of additional towels and bedding provided should you need them. The décor in this house is amazing, the furniture, the window dressings, the artwork, the colours, absolutely everything is perfect. The cleanliness of this villa is outstanding. This villa is perfect, it feels like a home. We all felt safe and comfortable here. I would have loved to have stayed here longer and would definitely love to return. Dealing with Debi was so easy, she was so approachable. She made sure we had everything we needed, she was available whenever we needed her, she answered everything promptly. She made contact when we arrived in Florida to make sure everything was ok. I feel like I've over used the word amazing but this villa truly is. If you get chance to stay here you really should.
