Gulf Front Comfort with Unmatched 30A Beach Access — Camelot

Experience a memorable 30A stay at Camelot, where Gulf front views, generous living space, and private beach access set the tone for relaxed coastal living. Located in the Dana Beach area of Seagrove Beach within the Gulf front Turtle Beach community, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath residence sleeps up to 14 and is well suited for large families or multi-generational getaways. Set atop a high dune, you can start your mornings with coffee on the balcony and wind down with sunset walks along the shoreline, with the Gulf just steps from your door.

Your Space
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for both relaxation and connection. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Gulf into every room, while the stylish, contemporary design creates a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, and everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area offers four seats plus three bar stools at the kitchen island for casual meals and conversations. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, an elevator, and extra storage space for all your beach gear. This is a space where you can cook, gather, and make lasting memories.

Master Suite: King bed, TV, Gulf front views, designated workspace, private balcony, ensuite with walk-in shower and spacious closet.
Second King Bedroom: King bed, TV, pool-facing, private balcony, ensuite with tub and shower.
Bunk Room: Full-over-Full bed and Twin-over-twin bed, shares a Jack & Jill bath with the Queen room.
Guest Room: Queen bed plus a convertible chair, shares a Jack & Jill bath with the bunk room.

Multiple balconies stretch along the length of the home, offering spectacular views of the Gulf where you can watch dolphins, passing boats, or simply enjoy the sunrise. Outdoor dining with seating for five plus additional furniture provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The private beach is just steps away, with 180 feet of shoreline for sunbathing, swimming, or sandcastle building. The community pool is available seasonally and can be heated year-round.

For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This is such a beautiful unit! LOVE the private beach! The kids loved the pool! We did have a little difficulty figuring out which unit was “ours” as the front door is not labeled but the staff was very helpful and got us in quickly! There is construction going on next door which was a small nuisance, but overall a very good experience! We will be back!

I feel bad for the owners of this property, but also feel obligated to warn people not to stay here. Some of the issues can be fixed- wasn’t ready for check in. Door code didn’t work until 7pm. Had issues with getting property details and a rude receptionist at the property management company. Those things got worked out. Could also fix the roach issue (we saw 3 during our stay) and could fix the fire alarm issue (it went off very easily, like when we made eggs and used the toaster). Could possibly fix the incoming light issue (several bedroom windows don’t have coverings and get flooded with light at sunrise). But the biggest issue that can’t be fixed is the paper thin floors that allow you to hear every movement and even mumbling of conversation in the unit above you. The whole place shakes when someone steps hard or closes a door. The washing machine sounds like it’s running in your unit, not theirs. We had a mixed age group above us. The older people were active until 1-2am, then the youngest were up and active by 5am. So we had about a 4-5 hour sleep window. It was miserable. We’re all sleep deprived. It’s too bad because the location, views, and beach access are wonderful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. When we arrived one of the beds was not made at all, no sheets, comforter or pillow cases, management quickly brought new sheets and blankets. You cannot cook in this house. The smoke detector goes off while cooking grilled cheese. We love to cook big dinners and spend time together but we couldn’t cook dinner and going out nightly with a large family is expensive. We turned on the hood vent, opened doors and windows, and turned on ceiling fans with the air running and it constantly went off. The guest toilet or pool toilet was broken, handle was laying on the floor. Management was quick to respond and we love the beach and overall the condo was nice but we wouldn’t stay there again. The lack of being able to cook is a deal breaker for us. If you don’t plan on cooking this is the place for you, if you do like cooking, keep looking.
