The Space:

This bright Gulf-view condo 🌊☀️ is a spacious, comfortable retreat designed for families, friends, or groups. Unit A3 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the space sleeps up to 6 guests maximum (including children). The unit is on the upper floor level, front half of the second level of the property with a street view and intracoastal across it.

Please note that the unit overlooks the intercostal waterway. While the gulf can be viewed from the front area of the complex, the unit itself does not have a direct gulf-facing view. We encourage guests to review all photos and details carefully prior to booking to ensure the property is the right fit for their stay.

* While the home is regularly treated for pests, they are common in Florida, especially near the water, and sightings may occur. Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues.

* If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



* Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply).

For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.
