The open floor plan creates an inviting and comfortable place for family and friends to spread out and relax. The main living area has two swivel chairs and two ultra-plush sofas for viewing oversized flat screen TV or overlooking the pool. Oversized glass sliders open to bring you even closer to your evening dip in the pool. The dining room table with rattan chairs provides dining for 6, lit by dolphin murals, overhead chandelier or streaming sunbeams. Or, enjoy your coffee at the breakfast nook, or stroll out onto the lanai and sit at one of the two dining areas.

The open kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, cookware and festive dishes you need to prepare a casual family meal or for a full dinner party complete with blended drinks. A second sitting area is a great place for family game night or to catch up on a good book. The private pool with a trickling fountain faces southwest, allowing families to soak up the sun throughout the day. The lanai has upscale patio furniture with plenty of seating including four loungers and a barbeque for sunset grilling. Landscaped for privacy and tranquility the pool overlooks the large dock. The dock provides a great lookout post for watching manatees, or sighting the frequent dolphins frolicking in the channel waters. The third bedroom has two cozy twin size beds with tropical linens.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.

Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
