The Space:

From the top floor, the ocean breeze moves gently through sun-filled interiors, and the sound of the waves becomes a constant companion. Time slows here, shaped by open skies, water views, and the rhythm of beachfront living in Nuevo Vallarta.



The space

This oceanfront penthouse sits on the top floor of a condominium in Nuevo Vallarta, offering a sense of privacy and uninterrupted views across the Pacific. Interiors are bright and open, with living areas oriented toward the sea, so you stay connected to the outdoor setting throughout the day. The layout is single-level with no internal stairs, making it easy to move through the space comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything needed to prepare meals during your stay - refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses are all available. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils are provided. A dining table and a separate outdoor dining area on the terrace round out your options for mealtimes.



Living & workspace

The living area flows naturally toward the terrace and the views beyond. A TV is available for downtime, and a dedicated workspace with a door supports remote work or longer stays. WiFi is included throughout. A washer is located in the unit, along with an iron, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades.



Outdoor living

The penthouse features a large private oceanfront terrace with panoramic views across the shoreline. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area are all set up for you to make full use of the space. A private spa-pool sits on the terrace, and a private BBQ grill is available - reservation required at least 24 hours in advance. A backyard area is also part of the property. From the terrace, direct beach access puts you on the sand within moments, and three shared infinity pools within the condominium are available to guests. An outdoor shower is positioned for rinsing off after time at the beach.



Sleeping arrangements & bathrooms

Three bedrooms accommodate groups and families traveling together, with clothing storage in each room. Both bathrooms are private and include a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. A paid crib is available on request, along with children's dinnerware and window guards for families with young children.



Beach & activity amenities

Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for your use. Bikes, children's bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers are also available, giving the whole group plenty of ways to enjoy the coast. Resort access is included, allowing use of nearby shared facilities.



Location & practical notes

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its accessible beaches and consistently warm climate. Free garage parking is available on the premises, subject to availability. Self check-in is via keypad. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays are welcome.



The property is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. Cleaning services and linen changes during the stay are not included, and amenities are provided for initial use. Fumigation is carried out before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during the stay if needed due to the tropical environment. Small beach insects such as gnats are common in the region - use of repellent is recommended. Due to ongoing development nearby, some daytime construction noise may occur.



Electricity is included based on the season and number of rooms, confirmed after booking. Any excess usage is charged at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt. The nightly rate covers 1-5 guests, with an additional charge of approximately $20 per extra guest per night. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including adults, children, and babies. Please note there is no smoke alarm on the property.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
