The Space:

Enjoy the peaceful serenity of a gated community at this 3BR/2BA vacation home, situated beside a beautiful pond in Panama City Beach. The Gulf of Mexico and a sugar-white beach are within a 5-minute drive.



This rental boasts gorgeous water and nature views from a private screened porch and patio complete with an outdoor dining table. Gather in the inviting open-concept main living space, and create tasty vacation meals in a well-stocked kitchen.



Enjoy a host of community amenities, including two swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and other sports facilities for family-friendly fun.



ABOUT THE HOUSE



*Home is open for baseball tournaments, soccer, and Iron Man!



Relax in the bright and airy living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa, a pair of comfy chairs, and a 60” flat screen TV.



Head outside to your private patio with a gorgeous waterside setting. A large patio table seats four—a great place to take in the view while you dine.



Steps from the patio, a screened porch also has seating for four and more lovely waterside views.



Well-equipped and spacious, the kitchen has a breakfast bar for two, classic white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Meal prep is easy thanks to plenty of utensils, dishware, and baking equipment.



When you’re ready to eat, a wooden dining table has seating for four.



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a 52” wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.



The second bedroom comes with a full-size bed, 36” wall-mounted flat screen TV, and storage closet. While guests in the third bedroom have a queen-size bed, storage closet, and a tube TV.



A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.



Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and three parking spots (two in the driveway and one in the garage).



The Tennis Court has been resurfaced and is operational and 4 pickleball courts.



THE LOCATION



Drive 5 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico for a day on a glorious, sugar-white beach. Or head 15 minutes for a fun-filled day at Pier Park — a sprawling entertainment venue packed with shops, restaurants, activities, and seasonal events.



Just 7 minutes away, Race City offers a great family day out with rides, arcades, go-karts and a blacklight mini-golf course. While 8 minutes away, Wonderworks is a must-visit interactive attraction with over 100 interactive science exhibits, and a 6D motion ride.



As for the local dining scene? The Egg & I Restaurants is a great spot for breakfast, Fatty Patty's Cakes & Cafe is your go-to for brunch, and Sake House II serves up tasty sushi. All three options are within a 5-minute drive.

Nice place outside of city traffic

Nice place the shower heads need to be changed in the master bath but it was really nice. We enjoyed our time there.

Good location

We enjoyed staying in this house. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the landlord was very responsive! The house is a few minutes from the beach and the stores also.

This property is amazing! It has a really homey feel to it! My kids loved fishing and playing the board games that were provided. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, nice location

Easy access to all areas of Panama City Beach. Very short drive to beach, and really liked that we had everything we needed in the kitchen when we decided to cook meals. The house was clean and comfortable. I have stayed at many different places over the years, but my wife and I both agree that the bed in the Master Bedroom was the most comfortable that we had ever slept in. Thanks for a very restful vacation.

Absolutely lovely!

My husband and I enjoyed a glorious week at this rental. The owners were completely gracious and helpful. The home is immaculate and very well maintained. Very close to one of the nicest beaches I've ever seen. Can't recommend it enough.

Great place to stay near PCB

This home is not far at all from the beach and you won't have to deal with all the traffic near the resorts. It has everything you'll need for a comfy stay. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen and a gorgeous patio to have a nice bbq! Family games, pots and pans and clean towel were all available and anything you might need that you didn't find can be found at the Walmart near by. All and all a wonderful place to stay!

Close to PCB Sports Complex

Very convenient for PCB Sports Complex where we had a baseball event. The house was roomy and clean. The neighborhood was tighter than I expected (houses close together) but worked fine anyway. The canal behind the house was great with lots of turtles and small fish. We would stay again.

Nice little home

Nice little home in a small, gated community. Listing was accurate with the property well maintained and clean. Garage had available parking but also beach toys. Things I liked included the screened in sunroom, board games, TVs in the rooms, secluded location but still accessible quickly from the highway. The kitchen is a little dated and saw some bugs, but hey, its Florida and totally expected.

It was clean when we got there overall was pretty awesome just noticed there was no drainage for water so it was hard to even see if I was pulling into the driveway when there was a lot of flooding.

The view in the back yard was pretty and peaceful. The only thing that needs to be done is to fix the slow draining tub in the master bathroom. Would stay at this property again.

Nice house

The house is nice. Parking is a pain, streets are super narrow. We were not give pool to code, remotes in pool jar for garage and pool do not work. The pool has a 5 key code to enter. Beds not comfortable- unless you like hard beds, then you'll love them. Overall, we had a great stay, house was clean, easy to get to. Rooms are large. Instant hot water was great!

OKLAHOMA GRADS OF 2012

First of all, Antonio and Tina were very pleasant on the phone as well in email exchanges! I rented the house for a group of 8 gradutaing seniors. Thye said the house was very nice and they loved the location as it was close to the beach and had many eating and shopping locations... They also said the property manager was pleasant and they felt very welcomed. Just want to say thanks to Tina and Antonio for the gift basket welcoming them to the house and for the great experience!
