Welcome to Rocky Point – Arizona’s closest beach!

Our homes are located Rocky Points exclusive community of Las Conchas. This private home development is removed from crowded hotels/condos, and noisy crowds. We are privately owned and our home is very well maintained and clean.

The main house centers around a magnificent octagonal shaped Great Room, topped with a brick dome 'boveda' ceiling and endless custom Mexican tile. The courtyard separates the main house and the private casita.

There are several outstanding features about our tastefully decorated homes. Both have a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, a spacious great room, TV, VCR, HD Blue Ray DVD Player, Satellite TV, Surround sound, over 3,000 sq ft living space, and a large covered patio that overlooks the ocean. For your convenience there is an outside shower where you can rinse after a day of fun in the sun on the beach. Home includes a/c and central heating.

This home sleeps up to 12 (strictly enforced) comfortably in beds, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the private casita. All bedrooms have plenty of extra bedding, pillows and are decorated with comfortable bedding and accessories. The two beach bedrooms (one master) in the main house have king size beds with an incredible ocean view. The guest bedroom in the main house has a set of bunk beds which work out perfectly for the kids. The private casita has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two full size beds. The private casita has it’s own living room, kitchen and dining room.

The large covered patio is perfect for entertaining, watching the dolphins and whales and of course... watching the most amazing sunsets. It is the perfect house for family gatherings or reunions! Come and create memories that last a lifetime!!

Beautiful view, fantastic home!

The house was amazing and the casita was perfect. We were able to enjoy coffee in the morning right on the beach and play in the tide pools all day! The property is well maintained and provided all that we needed and more!

Amazing Location and Beautiful House

This place was better than advertised which is not something I am used to saying with a short term rental. The owner’s communication was on point and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend the main house with the casita setup for groups that want to be together but enjoy the ability for privacy when necessary.

My friends and I come to Rocky point every year for spring break. This house was by far our favorite house yet! Steve was super accommodating and helped us with any questions we had! The pictures don’t do house and casita justice!! We all can’t wait to be back!!

We cannot stress enough how wonderful this property was! The house and casita were immaculate and we LOVED the Mexican decor and style throughout. The walkout onto the beach and to the ocean wasn't too steep or daunting, even for our littlest kiddos. We especially enjoyed the flat beach play area right off the back of the house. It was great for spikeball and setting up a canopy for shaded sand play. We are already planning our next trip and hoping we can stay here again.

Well equipped beach house

Our group included multiple families spread out amongst the several rooms. Mattresses and bedding were clean and comfortable. Plenty of comfortable seating in the large family room in the main house and casita. Occasionally we have ran into a seating shortage at other properties when we have a large group to comfortably hang out together in the evening. Minutes to the fish market and great taco joints. Volleyball net provided hours of fun. Thanks!

Spacious home right on the beach

This house is great for two families because it has a full casita. Great views of the ocean and the kids took full advantage of the volleyball court. The owner was very responsive. The beach is beautiful and it was so nice watching the sunset from the patio. The beach is rocky so getting in the water you have to be careful. Lots of shells. The house is conveniently close to town where there are bars/restaurants. The kitchen in the main house was well stocked and the home had directv which was great for watching sports.

Beachside Bliss

We so enjoyed our stay and could not have imagined a better experience with our host. The beachside property offered great ocean views from nearly every spot in the house. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. Our host, Steve, was very communicative, thorough with his instructions, and periodically checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. When we arrived, one of the thermostats had a low battery and he was able to get someone to the house within an hour to replace the batteries so the second AC would start. 5-star house and 5-star host!

Family vacay - perfect set up

We had a great experience the houses were great. We had a few minor Maint type problems (as is almost always the case when we rent in rocky point) but the owner was so responsive and had everything fixed within hours! We’d definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful, perfect house!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our 3 families. The house was even more beautiful in life than in the pictures. The owner was helpful and easy to work with. The location close to town was great. The beach was rocky, but our kids enjoyed looking for the critters that lurk within...however, they either had to wait til high tide to swim, or we went a couple of miles down to another part of the beach with no rocks.

SO awesome!

This is the place to be! Very roomy, clean, comfy beds, both kitchens stocked with dishes, pots, pans, appliances and there were 2 full size refrigerators as well!! We loved outdoor patio that was directly on the beach! We could see all of our kids while they enjoyed playing volleyball, collecting shells, playing on the rocks, or in the water! It was like our very own private beach. Quiet surroundings. Having a gated community made it feel even more private. It was really nice that there were a couple of outdoor showers to rinse off, keeping the sand more outside than in. The house has a very big great room where we could all gather and play games and hang out and not fall all over each other, or there could have your individual space as well. Oh, and you should check out the custom domed brick ceilings.... very cool! You'll love this place, don't pass it up!! We would go here again in a minute!! Our boys (15 & 17) said this one the greatest vacation ever!

Fall family break

We spent 4 wonderful days at this ideal property with 2 other families. The main house and casita provide plenty of room with high quality furnishings and everything you could need in the well appointed kitchens. A beautifully designed pair of homes on a spectacular stretch of Las Conchas beach. We had teenagers and younger children playing volleyball, swimming, fishing, and searching for the abundant sea creatures along the shoreline. The main house has big comfortable bedrooms and a gorgeous great room. The kitchen opens to the great room and provides multiple areas for games and gathering. The house is beachfront and very close to town. It has been extremely well taken care of and we will defiately be back to this beautiful home.
