This welcoming Sun City Oro Valley home offers a great location and resort-style perks! Spend your days exploring Arizona's breathtaking mountains and the exciting city of Tucson, then return home to enjoy on-site golf at The Views, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocci ball courts and swimming pools!

This home for four lies in Rancho Vistoso, a quiet community in the Santa Catalina foothills. Catalina State Park offers breathtaking hiking trails only five miles to the south, with more options at the world famous Sabino Canyon Recreation Area to the east. And Tucson is 15 miles to the south, offering shops, restaurants, and even a zoo at Reid Park.

Comfortable Sun City Home on Golf Course

We enjoyed the comfortable living room furniture and the excellent TV channels and WiFi. We loved the backyard and occasionally saw some wildlife. The Sun City amenities are great and we used them every day. This house is close to everything that you could need.

Nice location

There are a lot of activities that the hoa has. Some cost a bit extra but not much. The location backing to the golf course was nice. You can walk on the course after hours (5:00 in December and January). We saw and heard lots of wildlife. Javelinas, coyotes, and even bobcats.

Great Sunsets

Great sunsets from the patio! Great location and loved used of Sun City amenities. Only negative to report is that kitchen equipment is in poor shape. Teflon pans should be replaced as they are all severly scratched and unhealthy to use in that condition.

Cirrus Home Review

Wildlife in the backyard. We’ve loved watching the quails. We seen coyotes, Javalina’s bobcat, Great Horned Owl, doves, Hawks or kestrels, cardinals. Enjoying the patio. Nice home. Did not like the shower stall. No laundry soap. Limited towel supply. Poor kitchen paper towel holder. Selection of pots and pans were good. Well decorated home. Would stay here again if time permits.

Nice house, terrible TV's

Liked: location, backyard views, birds. But PLEASE tell the owners that they must get larger TV sets. For what we paid, or any renter, that is the least they deserve. The "TV" in the bedroom was tiny and not even a TV. It was computer monitor with a bright light beam at the bottom. You couldn't even watch it. We were outside all day, but wanted to watch March Madness at night. We had to go to a sports bar to watch the games. This is totally unacceptable. It's a shame, because everything else about the house was fine.

Sun City Casa

The property was as advertised and we enjoyed it very much. A very beautiful setting on the golf course. The only comment I have is normally when we rent, the owner has a notebook telling us how to operate the tv, when the trash should be set out. etc. No such info could be found. Unfortunately the Corina Virus situation cut our stay short. The only problem we had was in communicating with the local management company Vacasa. Communication of course, was all on line, with a different person responding to my questions each time. I never did get an answer on how to get my Activites card to use Sun City recreation facilities. As this was a big reason for choosing this property, it was frustrating. Fortunately, the Sun City office helped me get my cards.
