Beautiful home, the beach views and the sunrises are incredible. We loved our stay.A few things to note, hot tub didn't work host told 4 days prior to the trip, so I couldn't cancel and find another house in time and offered no discount or reimbursements. Also there's no beach access directly from the house. Where the path once was there brush now that's 6ft high. Otherwise great place.

Fantastic property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was beautiful and super clean. We had a blast in the pool. Kids and dogs loved exploring on the beach. Family had a great time!!New homes being built across the street so construction crews were loud all week but that’s no fault if the property itself.

Beautiful waterfront house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house to celebrate with a group of friends. The owners of this house have thought of every detail to maximize enjoyment. The views were great, the saltwater pool and hot tub were a hit. The elevator was unexpected but used for loading and unloading of luggage. Lots of upgraded features that you don’t usually find in a rental. Would rent again

Wonderful stay at a quiet, peaceful retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful house, well decorated in a lovely quiet location in Delaware. This was located in the middle of a wildlife preserve. We could see so much activity from the home. We liked being north of the hustle and bustle of the Rehoboth area. This is not a place to go into the water though. That was the only drawback. But we knew that before we rented. This house accommodated a large amount of our family, but had so many private areas. We never felt on top of each other. There are a lot of bugs around here though. That’s what you would expect in this kind of area. All in all very enjoyable week.
