LAUNDRY: Laundry facilities are located in the garage; guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Note: If you are parked in the designated garage space, you may have difficulty accessing the laundry facilities.
PARKING: Three designated parking spaces. One in the single-car garage on the left. Two in the two-car garage on the right. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
PETS: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
LOCATION: Best of all is the proximity to the popular 43rd Street Beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6 miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on a beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!
LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
