From the homes deck you’ll relax to the sounds of crashing waves while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying breathtaking sunsets!



On the ground level there is a two-car garage with a convenient toilet and washer and dryer. Enjoy the ocean air while sitting at the picnic table and watching the kids and dogs play in the large fully fenced back yard - truly a rare gem for a beach house!



The main living space is upstairs on the second floor and features floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase the ocean views. A wood stove in the living room creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your fresh catch seafood dinner. On this level you’ll also find the primary bedroom that features a king-size bed, dresser, and Roku Smart TV (one of three Roku TVs in the home), and a full bathroom.



Spiral stairs lead up to the third floor open loft where there are 3 more beds, a sofa, TV, and another dining table providing even more living space and ocean views. On a clear day you can see Heceta Head Lighthouse from the North facing window! Whether playing the provided musical instruments (Tik Tok moments?!), relaxing on the sofa watching tv, or sitting at the table playing cards, board games or puzzling, you're sure to have a fun time with family and friends.
