We’re glad Ana was able to get back to you quickly and help you get inside. We did follow up on the concerns you reported. The access codes provided were confirmed to be correct, and our team also inspected the deadbolt afterward and confirmed that it was functioning properly and locking as intended. We’re sorry for any confusion surrounding the lock during your stay. That said, we understand that the experience was frustrating, particularly when you were unable to reach the office immediately and were concerned about the security of the door.
