I’m sorry the towels and guest bedroom floor did not meet expectations, and that the lack of a first-floor bathroom made the home less accessible. We’ve reinforced our linen-cleaning checks and asked housekeeping to give the guest bedroom floor and hallway drop-off extra attention during inspections. We’ll also clarify in the listing that there is no bathroom on the first floor so guests can assess whether the layout suits their needs.

Thank you for staying at Pensacola Pearl and for sharing such detailed feedback. I’m glad the location worked well, and I’m sorry the cleanliness, maintenance, and beach equipment fell short. We’ve reinforced our housekeeping checklist and pre-arrival inspection to address the blankets, dusty fans, rug, debris, and sand. We’re also checking the master bedroom floor, bathroom exhaust fan, and lighting, and inspecting the beach chairs and other equipment for damage before each stay. We’ll clarify in the listing that beach access is bay-side and add detail about the split-foyer layout and restroom locations. I apologize for the unsafe chair and the issues that affected your stay.
