The property is situated on the peaceful urbanization of Punta Lara, approximately 2km west of Nerja. It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, has 3 bars/restaurants that cater for the whole family within 200 meters and a communal pool (only accessable to residents adults and childrens) which also has an infant pool monitored by a qualified lifeguard when open between May and September. This is a typical Spanish house comprising two twin bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
