There's also plenty of room if you enjoy gardening, with open areas where you can plant or spend time outside.

You'll be just eight miles from the beach, with hiking nearby, and only a short drive to the town of Occidental, where you'll find charming restaurants and small local shops. Sebastopol is about 15 minutes away, Santa Rosa is about 30 minutes away, and major hospitals are within a 25-30-minute drive.

The cottage is a private, standalone home with a simple, comfortable layout. The living and dining area feels open and functional, with a dining table for four and a dedicated workspace ideal for working remotely or staying organized. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, double sink, and all the essentials for cooking and enjoying meals at home.

The bedroom offers a quiet place to unwind, complete with a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with a single-sink vanity. For added convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer in the unit, and utilities are included in the rental.
