Great experience. Would stay again. The garage space was tight, but it did fit our Honda Odyssey which was a relief since parking can be hard to find close to the beach.

Cutest blue house 2 minutes from the beach. Super clean and so cute. Had toys for the kids and everything you need for the beach. 3 minute walk to a coffee shop, Better Buzz. Super happy about it. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Also the beach wasn’t crowded at all where the house is located. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay! Quick 1 minute walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for our yearly beach trip. Renting bikes was super easy as well.

What a great place to stay! There was just 4 of us, but still a reasonable price! Loved how close we were to the beach, a mini store, shops and much more!

Such a great little beach spot, the proximity to all things Mission Beach and Pacific Beach was perfect. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the welcome snacks and wine were greatly appreciated. I am also a huge fan of the white bedding. The showers were fantastic. And again, location, location location. Parking in that garage was a little snug, but who cares when you can walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful view ! Nice location ! Easy access to restaurants ! Only one minor thing housekeeper needs to Vacuum rugs, they all had sand especially on master bedroom ! Everything else was fine !

The apartment was better than expected. The beds were amazing and we got the best night of sleep ever! Small touches made us feel very welcomed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed.Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach items, games and toys! I think they thought of everything someone might need while visiting this area! Quiet neighborhood at night even though it’s very close to the beach! Great location! Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend we had a very nice visit here!

Cozy Beach Cottage

This cozy beach cottage was great for our family weekend getaway. Amenities were excellent. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

The home was hot and humid upon arrival.We turned the AC unit on and walked the beach. Came back, AC offI sent a mesage at 4:30ish, explaining the AC wasn't workingNext day at 12, I sent a text and reminded them I emailed 19 hours agoAfter 21 hours since 1st message, i got a response stating their email system was downHe said the breaker panel might have been flipped by starting the AC unit. It was. After 7th times reseting the breakers, They dispatched someone to take a look. He validated same and how hot the unit was3 hours later At 4:53, a message stating the unit was not working. We were miserable as it was HOT without ACAt 5:03, I said thank you via email and I got an automated message stating the business was closed until Monday. WHAT?30 minutes later, He scolded me because while the system sent that message and not him!At 7:40, I received a message apologizing for our issue, but a tech wont be available until tomorrow. He stated a discount for the issues and lack of AC was comingSunday at 12 noon, After no communications I asked when the tech arrival wasResponse; the homeowner would let me know when one was scheduled and that was the last communication since Sunday. I sent a message on Wednesday after 48 more hours. They offered a 10% discountNo thank you, i prefered to leave this review for others to see prior to renting. The lies and lack of accountability was commical.Owner limits character usage.Much more see pictures.

We’re sorry the AC issue impacted your stay, especially during a heat wave. We have an after-hours line for urgent maintenance issues, but it was not contacted, so we weren’t able to address the issue sooner. The AC has since been resolved, and a partial refund was processed for the inconvenience.

Beautiful house just steps away from the beach

Property was everything pictures and descriptions said. I would definitely stay there again. Short walk to the beach and inside was nicely taken care of and had everything you need. Communication with host was alway prompt and easy check in.

Beautiful Place, Has everything you could ever need

What a great location and place to stay. It was so wonderful to have our own spaces apart and everything we could ever need together. The owner seems to be one step ahead of everything you could need from outlets to chargers, to kitchen items to cook with including coffee, sugar, spices, and more. We appreciate being able to stay in this wonderful place. We had a great time!

Perfect location to the BEACH!

Very clean, modern, comfy condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths! Excellent bathrooms with proper water pressure and all the amenities! Literally steps from the beach! Great beach gear and sand toys for the kids!!! My grandkids had an amazing time! Definitely will stay again when visiting!!!

Quiet, Serene, perfect.

Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay. The property was perfect. Johnny was easy to reach when I had a question or two. This unit was well stocked wit everything we needed, and the welcome snacks, coffee and tea were an unexpected surprise and very much enjoyed!

Wonderful!

Wonderful location. Wonderful view. Wonderful vacation. Kitchen has everything you could need. Bathrooms were well stocked. If you forget something, there is plenty. Close to restaurants and coffee. We enjoyed the beach. Hopefully we can come back again next year.

Exceeded expectations

This property is perfect for a couple, friends, and family. The host is very responsive. Location is outstanding. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops as well as steps from the boardwalk. It was nice to lay in bed and watch the waves crashing while drinking coffee. Amenities inside are abundant. Place is updated very clean, and appeals to all ages. Prepare to be wowed.

Plenty of Room

The place had everything! Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of sand toys, and most importantly a garage that fit our Toyota Sequoia! Garages large enough to fit our vehicle are difficult to come by in San Diego. My wife and I traveled with our 18yr old son, 11 yr old son, and 9 yr old daughter along with our nieces and nephew of 12, 11, and 9 yrs of age. The place had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. We even had a movie night with everyone on the couch! Our host Johnny checked in with us on our arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we might have. Thank you Johnny, we would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the set up of this home. Each bedroom has extra space (chairs, couch, or desk) so you don’t feel so crammed. The home was well stocked, and there were plenty of beach toys in the garage. The walk to the beach is easy, and you even have a beach view from the one bedroom!The location is great, there are some really great restaurants within walking distance. We had Rosemarie’s Bun and Brews, Better Buzz, and Rosaria Pizza and they were all great. The Hub is a good little grocery shop, and Ralph’s is a quick drive away. The air conditioning unit is only in the living room so having the bedroom doors open was necessary, and we cracked the windows to get the air flow. The ceiling fans and extra oscillating fans were great. There were lots of baby/toddler toys which my 5yo found immediately and kept busy with any time we were inside (my 12yo even played with them a little).Mission Beach is almost a yearly visit for us, but this is the furthest North we’ve stayed, and I was really impressed with the area.
