Pelican Bay Getaway sits within Bay Point Condominiums, and your stay includes access to the community outdoor pool (access code provided upon booking). The boat slip at Dock 21 is the real gem - walk out the door, take a right, follow the breezeway down to the first dock, and you'll see it labeled right there at the end. If you're bringing your own boat, the neighboring Golden Horseshoe Condo Rental offers trailer parking ($5 per night), boat launching ($10), and pull-out service ($10) - cash only, daylight hours only, and reservations are required by calling 573-365-2642 in advance. Maximum boat size for the ramp is 27 feet.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is easy - the lockbox is located just outside on the wooden pillar beam. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the paved flat lot. GPS will get you here without issues. Your host is available to assist should any questions come up during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. (HOA rules through Bay Point Condominiums apply)

- There are approximately 15-20 steps down from the parking area to the unit - plan accordingly if traveling with young children, heavy luggage, or mobility needs
