"Bebe's Beach House" is furnished with every thing you need to make this your home away from home.

**NO PARTIES or EVENTS**
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book reservation, no third party reservations.
To complete your booking, a rental agreement must be signed electronically, and the responsible party’s Drivers License must be uploaded to our reservation system with 24 hours.
Ring doorbell captures video at the front door. Any attempt to cover or disable the ring doorbell will result in IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION of the reservation with NO REFUND.

There is parking for 1 automobile (compact car, no SUV) in the garage. Golf Cart must remain in garage when not in use. Maximum of 4 compact cars can fit in the driveway OR only 2 larger vehicles (SUV’s/Full size truck) in the driveway. No parking allowed in the street or grassy area of the property at any time.

The owner's closet iin the Master bedroom is not available for guest use, but guests have access to other closets. A clothes rack is available in the Master Bedroom in lieu of the Master closet.

This 3/2 Bed/Bath home is located on a quiet no thru traffic street just 10 minute walk to 2 county parks with beach access, parking and bathroom facilities. A golf cart is available for guest use. For quicker beach access and easier parking of several of the public beach parking lots, using the golf cart is recommended during peak season. A $100 service charge for loss of key will be assessed if the key is not returned. It’s is the responsibility of the booking guest to ensure rules of the road are followed with use of the golf cart.
