One of the highlights of this sunny home is the backyard oasis, which houses a heated saltwater pool, a covered poolside BBQ area with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a covered lounge area with inviting seating.





As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. Wind down in the inviting living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing homemade masterpieces in the updated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has a split floor plan with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the primary suite. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a tub.
