Fully renovated and overlooking one of Cape Coral's stunning canals, discover the vacation home of your dreams! Some of your favorite memories will come from afternoons spent in the screened lanai splashing in the home's heated infinity saltwater pool with a therapeutic spa, sun-ledge with spa bubblers, and nighttime colored LED lighting for added ambiance. The pool deck boasts ample seating, sunning areas, alfresco dining areas, and furniture for lounging while watching beautiful sunsets over the mangrove preserve.





Perfectly situated to watch passing boaters as they glide by on the canal, this property is near boat rentals, provides dock access for boat rental tie-up, as well as direct access to the open water with no bridges (15 minutes). Pair your invigorating dips with barbecued meals, prepared on the gas grill, and effortless sunbathing sessions on the lanai.





Inside, you can continue to enjoy glimmering views from the comfortable seating in the open living room, and while cooking in the gourmet kitchen. Furnished with high-end appliances and gleaming countertops, the chef of your group will adore the kitchen's fresh/modern ambiance. Thoughtful upgrades include an instant hot water dispenser, filtered water dispenser, induction range, dual ice in the fridge, and a separate bar sink with easy access to the lanai. Share memorable meals at the dining table with seating for up to 10.





The primary suite boasts a large smart TV and a luxury en suite with a double vanity, soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a bench. Rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended as the additional bedrooms also have personal TVs, high-quality linens, and ample natural lighting. Plus, the guest bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower.





Additional interior amenities include a work desk, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning. Extra perks include bicycles, beach chairs, medium and large coolers, and pool floats.





Close to your stay, enjoy visiting Camelot Park, Glover Bight Trail, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, the Forest Country Club Golf, and a variety of local restaurants and shops.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



The home has 4 cameras, 1 on each side to monitor the conditions on the exterior of the home and the boat on their dock. They do not point to any private areas or into the patio area.



Guests who would like the pool heater turned on should contact VueStay at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is $32 per day, plus tax. Pool heat is available October 1 - May 1.



Before Adding Pool Heat

We recommend checking the Cape Coral weather forecast shortly before your stay when deciding whether to add pool heat to the reservation.



Electric pool heaters rely on the outdoor air temperature to warm the water and are generally capable of heating pool water to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature under favorable conditions.



During periods of cooler weather, ( typically in December, January and February and particularly when a cold front moves through Southwest Florida, the pool may take longer to warm and may not reach or maintain 85°F.



Important: Electric pool heaters may not operate when the outdoor temperature is approximately 55°F or below. Because pool heating performance is affected by outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Southwest Florida enjoys warm weather throughout much of the year, but temperatures can vary considerably during the fall and winter. Historical averages can be helpful when planning your trip, but we always recommend checking the current forecast before deciding whether to add pool heat.

Cooler Weather in Southwest Florida



Please remember that the temperatures above are historical averages and are not a guarantee of the weather during your stay. Cold fronts can occasionally bring significantly cooler temperatures to Cape Coral, especially from December through February.



For example, temperatures in the Cape Coral–Fort Myers area dropped into the upper 30s during a January 2025 cold snap, and another strong cold front in November 2025 brought morning temperatures into the low 40s.



These colder periods can significantly affect the performance of an electric pool heater.



Please Keep in Mind



Pool heat can make swimming much more comfortable during Florida's cooler months, but pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Outdoor air temperature, overnight temperatures, wind, rain, cold fronts, and other weather conditions can all affect how quickly the pool warms and the temperature it can maintain.
