The Space:

This oceanfront condo is just perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families! Enjoy dining with picture-perfect beach views on your private balcony. The entire condo has been equipped with guests' comfort in mind. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a new queen bed for 2021. There is also a futon in the front room and two couches in the living room, one having a pull-out bed. The private washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator have all been updated in 2019. The community pool is waiting for you as well! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.

This condo was in the perfect location for our stay in Ocean City. The condo itself was clean, stocked with everything we needed and was spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, and also enjoyed being high enough to get a nice view of the bay as well. There were plenty of luggage racks available and the elevators were very quick and efficient. There was easy access to the pool and beach. It was the perfect getaway for us!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was even better than the pictures. It was clean & well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation Condo

Second stay here

We love this beach house! The location couldn’t be more perfect and the people are so friendly! The pool is cold but my kids didn’t mind. Aside from the smokers, we really enjoyed our stay here! Looking forward to coming back again!

Very clean and nice view

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. View was great. Only negatives were a little musty smell and one of the beds was pretty hard. We just used the other one. We will def be back to this property if it is available.

Great location

The condo was beautiful, fully stocked and a great balcony with a great view. Would totally book again. Comfy beds and furniture! Loved everything about it. (just needed a wine opener)

We loved our mini vacation. The views were beautiful and sitting outside and enjoying the salty air was perfect. The condo is lovely. Needs a couple of improvements. But no really complaints here.

Always a wonderful experience to be in OCMD during the cooler months. This place was well stocked, super clean, and lots of beds. Thank you for a great time!! Also has both type of coffee pots if you are like me and want to know!!

Celebrating 47 Years of Marriage

Celebrating 47 years of marriage, the ocean view was beautiful. We got to watch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee and many memories from over the years. We enjoy the off season, we live in a busy city, so just slower pace is nice. Movies, bowling & shopping were in all in close proximity to our location. The "Crabcake Factory," restuarant was awesome!

Impromptu Spring Break

My wife and I had the last week of April/first few days of May off and decided to rent this condo after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. Clean and had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful location and front row balcony view of the Atlantic. Cannot be beat for ease of access to everything in the off-season.

Weekend getaway extended!!

My husband and I came to OC for the weekend and we didn’t want to leave on Sunday ! The condo was so cozy and furniture placement was perfect for looking out the ocean while relaxing on the comfy couches ! The condo was super clean and welcoming! On Sunday we decided to extend our stay one more day and Vacasa made it happen easily!! We will be back !!

much needed rest

I have missed the shore area due to the Co-Vid outbreak. My first priority was an ocean view. I checked the reviews. Then, I booked it. Clean, comfortable, convenient. As my first trip in several years, perfect.
