Set just a one-minute walk from the beach, this top-floor 3BR/2BA offers the added perk of having no neighbors above. After a day of playing in the sand and surf, return to your peaceful unit for an alfresco dinner on the balcony. Local dining, mini-golf, and Northside Park are just a stroll away. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the living area. Prepare tasty meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances. Gather with your loved ones at the four-person dining table. This home sleeps up to six guests between three bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy meals in the fresh coastal air at a table for four on the balcony. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TV's, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Take in views of the bay as you enjoy the playgrounds and sports courts of Northside Park, 0.4 miles away. Find classic fun for all ages at Viking Golf and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark -- cool off on the waterslides or turn up the heat on the go-kart track. Play mini-golf at Caribbean Pirates, walking distance from your unit. Coastal Highway offers a variety of walkable dining options. For the perfect day trip, board a boat to Assateague Island to spot native wild ponies and Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Things to Know Access to this third-floor unit is via three flights of stairs from the parking area. Elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect little condo for a beach family vacation! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for kids and adults. Great location close to amenities, restaurants, and mini golf! The condo is right next to a beach that is quieter and less busy than in South OC— a big bonus for us. Each day we were able to get a spot right in front of the ocean!

Great family vacation spot

This was a great spot for our family vacation. Close to the beach, great restaurants and Northside Park which has a nice jogging path. The steps are a workout, but we knew to expect that going in.

Perfect location for a OC vacation

We had a great stay at this property which is 2 minute walk to the shore. The house was spacious for a family of 4 with decent size bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Accessible to stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed for stay for 3 nights.

Very convenient to beach and restaurants!

Very clean, convenient property for a week at the beach. It works well for a family but is in need of updating. We had a few issues with ice and toaster and the company was very easy to communicate with and fixed quickly.

Nice, clean property and great communication

Really appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the quick communication from the workers. We didn’t experience any issues with the place, everything was great and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Close to the beach

Nice location. The condo has everything you need as far as dishes, silverware, cooking supplies, etc. The one drawback was the narrow staircase when carrying stuff up/down. It is a nice place for a short stay, nothing fancy, no frills.

Lovely place.

We enjoyed this condo, especially because it was 1.5 blocks from the beach! Comfortable space with a nice balcony you can see the sun rise from. If you are planning to cook, best to bring your own supplies like oil, spices, etc. Check in and out seemless. Would love to return!

Best Beach Condo!

We just had a 4 night stay with our 3 teenage/adult children and had the absolute best time! The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was so quick. We could also walk to dinner, mini golf, ice cream, donuts, coffee…anything we wanted. Super close to Northside Park which happened to have fireworks the first night we were there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, convenient condo

Location is great. Clean condo with everything you need for a beach vacation. Nice that you don’t have to get linens separately. 3 flights of stairs aren’t for folks who have mobility issues. Beds aren’t super comfy, but we’ve had worse.

The condo was very close to the beach and also very close to restaurants and shops, but it was also very close to a main highway with fairly heavy traffic noise. The unit was very clean and all appliances and WIFI worked properly. The master bathroom and kitchen were a bit cramped. The kitchen cabinets and some of the bedroom furnishings seemed old or outdated. I feel like we paid too for the condition of the accommodations.

If I could give 0 stars I would

Upon arrival room temp was 78° our renters agreement says we can put temp as low as 70°. After 2 hrs temperature not going down. Called vacasa and was told we had to set it at 75° or higher for it to work properly. At bedtime room temp still 77°, called vacasa again and rep opened a ticket saying management would be in touch. Next morning still no communication so we asked for a refund and was again told management would be in touch. Later that afternoon we got a call from vacasa reps saying they would not refund but would send someone to change our air conditioners filter. Also first night we went to shower after the beach and had absolutely no wash rags and a single hotel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap for the entire room not even one per bathroom. A complete disaster and would not recommend vacasa.
