We hear you on the check-in experience. A lengthy code and having to hunt for the elevator key definitely falls short of the smooth arrival we aim for, and that's especially tough after a long trip. We've shared this with our team to review and make sure future arrivals are as straightforward as possible. On the supplies, the condo should come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, it's on us if they were not provided and we do apologize. Other basic amenities are provided as a starter kit and we encourage guests to bring/purchase their own, but we will gladly provide additional items at your request. That being said, we wish the full list had been clearer upfront so you could've planned accordingly. If you notice anything missing during a future stay, our local team is on standby to restock quickly so you can get right back to enjoying your vacation.
