Overlooking the scenic first hole of Bear Trap's 'Black Bear' Course, this peaceful retreat also offers the option of amenity add-ons during your stay which grants you access to the community's fabulous on-site perks including pools, tennis courts, the fitness center, and the seasonal beach shuttle. Groceries and convenient dining options can be found less than two miles from the home. Bethany Beach and Boardwalk attractions are within a four-mile drive. At home, you'll have your choice of indoor or outdoor venues for family gatherings and casual downtime. Sip cocktails out on the deck while watching golfers play past, or fire up the grill and treat your guests to a backyard barbecue. A gorgeous gas fire table sets the scene for starlight soireés. Inside, there's a sunny sitting room for morning coffee or quiet reading time, while the main living area features plenty of plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV for comfortable home entertainment. The open-concept full kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals while staying connected with friends and family in the living room. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages four and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

This home was very clean, very roomy, and situated in a great spot, very close to all the main attraction sites in the area. We had a great time and are definitely considering going back again.

Beautiful home, excellent location

This property was amazing. Great location for our golf trip, plenty of room and priced very reasonably. It is close to everything, has everything you’ll need and well maintained. Will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you!!

Bear Trap Dunes stay

The house was everything we wanted and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for eight adults. A huge kitchen family room area plus had a nice sun room. There were l towels as well as plenty of chairs to take to the beach. It has a nice deck with sitting area but the only downfall of the whole stay was the cushions on the seating were completely soaked and we didn’t get them dried out until the second to last day of our week stay. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The house is decorated nicely as shown in photos. Kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful golf view. Plenty of seating. Easy checking in. NO 5 stars because of some minor issues that could be corrected.

Great house with scenic views

We loved staying in this house. Plenty of beds and rooms for 2 families with 4 young kids. House backed onto the golf course with great views. Only a 2 min walk to the bear trap dunes pavilion, which has the outdoor pool, playground, indoor pool and gym. Since we traveled over winter months, the indoor pool was clutch! The only reason for the 4 stars is that we had to drive to the vacasa office to pick up keys and drop off after, which was a pain after an already long drive. I’ve stayed in many rentals and have never had to go to a separate location for keys.

Beautiful home

This property was just perfect for our get away. It’s beautifully appointed and in excellent condition. It was very clean. The property was fantastic and our sons enjoyed golfing and using the Pavillion. I’d rent this property again in a heartbeat. Two small Things - the coffee pot does not work and overflowed. And the arm on the front glass door is broken causing the door to slam. These are not criticisms - just pointing it out so it can be addressed. We loved this property. The appliances are amazing as were the beds!

Lovely home in a great community

We rented this house for an off-season holiday gathering in Bethany. The house was spacious and everyone who stayed enjoyed it. It was very clean and well maintained. It's about four or five miles from Bethany Beach but there is a pool within short walking distance, in season of course, and the shuttle to the beach is right across the street from the pool. The house backs to the golf course and there were some golfers out enjoying an unusually warm December day. All of the appliances and televisions worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were only very minor maintenance issues such as bulbs that needed replacing here and there, but other than that the property was in excellent condition. We did not receive the proper Wi-Fi information, but made do for a couple of days. The Wi-Fi name that Vacasa provided was not listed in the Wi-Fi option list under our computer settings, but this had nothing to do with the property itself. Had we stayed longer we would have addressed this with them. We would definitely stay in this home again.
