Discover modern, sunlit living spaces set beneath vaulted ceilings accented with wooden beams to give you the sense of being aboard a sea-worthy vessel! You'll also find a spectacular, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops, as well as a dining area with a large table for mealtimes or fun family game nights. fabulous Carriage Lane house

This property is beautiful situated right on the ocean. Many bedrooms and beautiful living areas make for a very comfortable stay. The huge barn is architecturally stunning with many amenities. Definitely an excellent property near Bath Maine.

Our stay at the Vacasa rental on 14 Carriage Lane was nothing short of spectacular. The property was beautifully maintained and exactly as described. We were captivated by the serene surroundings and the well-appointed amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the customer service was attentive and responsive throughout our visit. This rental provided the perfect setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in picturesque Georgetown, Maine. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable vacation experience.

You will want to come back!

This place is amazing! Even though the house is big, it feels very warm and welcoming. There is a sense of peace that envelops you the minute you walk in! The rooms are all a good size with a balcony that opens up to beautiful ocean views. Nothing like sleeping with the soothing sound of the waves in the background! The house has many amenities onsite and you can easily spend all your time relaxing and enjoying what's offered. However, there are many attractions within walking and/or driving distance if you prefer to venture out. My family and I spend four fantastic days and, honestly, did not want to leave such a wonderful place! We are already looking forward to returning!

Great house with wonderful views.Few problems1-no power cable for treadmill.I bought one.2-TV- old, not smart. No instructions. Never got it to work.3/MBR shades, no way to open, no instructions4-chairs instable, i tightened with allen wrench5-towel bar fell of in my hand.

The house and location was beautiful! The house was very clean. It was ideal for a large family group. We saw whales,seals, and eagles from the deck. However we were disappointed with the property host Vacasa. The blinds in the MBR did not open which was a shame because it was a spectacular view. A bathroom that was shared by 3 bedrooms had issues with a shower handle. We had to use vice grips to turn it on and off. We notified Vacasa and when they didn’t show up to fix it the first day I reached out and there were several emergencies that day. I never heard from them the rest of the week. The main part of the house is not AC however the screens to the doors were destroyed and you couldn’t leave the doors open because of the mosquitos. We feel these items should have been in working order considering the price of the rental

Less Than Expected

The home is beautiful. The setting is beautiful. We were re very happy with how much room there is and the ability to have our entire family there without feeling crowded.. However, we had several issues after we arrived that were not addressed adequately. For the price we paid we expected things to be good repair. Some things did get resolved while we were there however, some things remained issues. no beach towels no information about requiring a pass for the park/ it would be nice to have had a season pass available Some doors could not be locked The soap in the bathroom showers had not been refilled before we arrived Areas of the home had not been adequately cleaned The light over the dining room table flickered on and off constantly In bathroom over the garage, the over the vanity light does not work We tried to use the Roomba. It fell apart before it even got started. The master bath sink was clogged The dishwasher in the kitchen was not anchored and felt like it was going to fall out every time we loaded it The stove top was dirty. Several shades or blinds were not working, especially the side door. There was no cold water in the upstairs bath tub, only hot several receptacles/outlets didn't work / cell phones werent charging for several days information should be available to tell about the area, restaurants, activities, etc. some screens are missing and some had holes window going up the main stairs broken and also one in the sunroom also some of the windows, esp in the kitchen, work very hard and in time will not work. we had to hunt for the information on checking out, it was found in a drawer, should be out and easily found Beautiful home like this should be a pleasure for renters. this home should not be rented again until repairs are made and all is as it should be.
