The nitty gritty:

Unwind in Sevierville in this tranquil cabins hot tub after a day of exploring East Tennessee, or enjoy some morning coffee on the back deck. VERY dog friendly with no breed/size restrictions, or nightly pet fee** Fenced in area below deck and at side yard great for kids or dogs.***

With two comfy bedrooms featuring a king ensuite, and a queen bedroom, a main living space, and a tv room, guests find plenty of space to relax. The cabin also offers a loft with two twin beds and a full sized futon, accessed by a spiral staircase, perfect for extra guests, kids and teens! Extra warm, comfy blankets are available to snuggle up in throughout the cabin. Play yard with removable bassinet is available for our littlest patrons to sleep soundly!

A basket with exercise/yoga mat, two yoga blocks, two 3lb hand weights, and a stretching band are available for use. Absorb that morning sunshine to energize, or that cool evening to meditate.

Two bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, full stay supplies of toilet paper, Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in Apple Pear scent, and spa quality towels for extra convenience. White towels are for humans only. We have a stash of grey towels for drying off dogs if they get wet, located in the bottom of the cabinet by the back door next to the dog bowls (please dry them prior to entering the cabin). King ensuite bathroom has a shower, the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo equipped with showerhead and removable shower wand, and grippy adhesive tub stickers for added safety for kids. Washer and dryer located in king bedroom ensuite bathroom with eco-friendly laundry detergent sheets provided! (1 sheet for small loads, 2 for medium, 3 for large).

TVs in both bedrooms, loft and tv room are equipped with Roku so you can log in to your favorite streaming apps! Tv room also has a variety of fun family games (Twister, UNO, Guess Who, Candyland, etc), books for all ages, and puzzles, for days when weather or weary muscles keeps you in. End your night with a tournament of Giant Tower Stack!

Highspeed wireless internet to keep you connected whether you are streaming movies or sending business emails. Desk area in the tv room for dedicated work right next to the internet!

Fully appointed kitchen includes dish soap, a variety of spices, coffee pods, tea bags, sweeteners, creamer, paper towels, and garbage bags. Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot, tea kettle, 6-quart air fryer, Belgian waffle maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, mini stove and oven, full size fridge with ice maker. Use our baking pans to whip up some delicious cookies or muffins, or cook a pizza. 8-person compliment of dishes and flatware, plus kid friendly sizes, and a highchair for our youngest guests! Propane grill for firing up some burgers or brats and enjoying sunny days at our outside dining area next to the hot tub.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 10am. Keyless entry using keypad code. Every guest gets their own unique code. Code will be provided an hour before check in, and you will be notified when you are cleared to enter if property is ready before 4pm.

You control the temperature inside! No locked thermostat here! Gas fireplace for cozy nights during the cool weather season also provides warmth and is available October 1-March 15.

Hot tub runs on its own, and is regularly cleaned and drained/refilled according to national safety standards. There are curtain sidewalls on the hot tub surround for added privacy. Have a splashing time with the kids, or a romantic evening under the lights, sipping wine with your partner. Please, no dogs in the hot tub. Hot tub towels are in the basket next to the fireplace. There are large white bath sheets and several beach towels. Feel free to raise or lower the hot tub temperature, and change the light settings. We love running it on high for those strong jets to work our muscles! Please do not sit on hot tub covers, it will not support the weight.

This perfect retreat invites guests to enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by calm vibes with a bear and bee theme downstairs, and an Americana themed loft. Our community is across from Soaky Mountain Waterpark (we have a corporate account that provides discount tickets for $39.99 when booked online using our code!!), minutes from shopping, groceries, flea markets, antique stores, Smokey Mountain Knife Works, Sevierville Convention Center, the golf course, multiple distilleries, and lots of familiar restaurants! A short 15 minute drive to The Island in Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. Enjoy thrills on Dollywood rides or mountain coasters, fun shows and musical performances, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, or skiing/snowboarding in the wintertime. There are many events year round worth checking out. Hike amazing trails and watch wildlife in The Great Smokey Mountains at different season changes. The cabin is close enough to the attractions, but far enough to have peaceful days and evenings in. Our goal is to have you coming back to stay with us...we want to be your new tradition!! Safety features include multiple smoke/carbon monoxide detectors throughout, extra smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and on the wall in the loft, and a small first aid kit under the kitchen sink, as well as marked fire escape routes on the wall. Deadbolt locks on exterior wood doors, and storm doors protecting the wood doors.

There is an outbuilding in the back that remains locked and inaccessible to guests. Please do not hop locked wood gate.

No smoking/vaping/weed/candles/incense in cabin.

**Refundable $500 deposit/card on file with VRBO. Please ensure there is no damage, excessive hair on furniture or bedding, urine or feces smell inside. Poop bags are provided outside on the handle to the poop scooper, you must pick up after your dogs; bears consider dog poop as personal Scooby Snacks. Any poop left will trigger a $200 fee.

***While we have a fenced in yard, you are staying in BLACK BEAR COUNTRY. Do NOT leave kids or dogs outside unattended. Bears can suddenly show up, and we want all of our guests to have a fun yet safe experience.>>It is against the law to approach or feed bears<< Dogs are NOT allowed to be left alone in or at the cabin. The appearance, sounds of or smell of a visiting bear can cause the best of our furry friends to panic, causing them to get hurt or damage the cabin. Please respect this rule as we don't want any animals to be harmed, including a bear that tries to get to your dog.
