-This unit includes one assigned parking space designated for the condo. Each condo at Tradewinds Condominiums is allotted one parking spot corresponding to its unit number.
A second vehicle may park in one of the community's "Reserved" spaces; however, these spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Street parking in the area is extremely limited. If no additional spaces are available on the property, guests will be responsible for securing off-site parking at their own discretion and expense.
