1424 Shipwatch Rd is located in the West Beach villas neighborhood and is right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. Take a short stroll or quick bike ride just across Shipwatch Rd to Boardwalk 6 and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time! There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and screened in porch in the back overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Relax in your private bedroom suite with a king bed and TV.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
