This bright and inviting golf home features a total of 3-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms. This rental has a home share permit so for short term stays only 2 bedrooms are available; the separate casita is off limits and reserved for owner use only. 3rd bedroom casita is available for any month long stays. The home has an open-concept layout featuring a spacious living room with large sliding glass doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for meals at home, while the dining room and breakfast nook provide plenty of seating to gather with family and friends.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool, spa, natural gas grill, outdoor dining table, and comfortable lounge seating. Whether you`re enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon by the pool, or dinner under the desert sky, you`ll love unwinding with peaceful views overlooking the lush fairway.

●Pool and spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating:$25/day). The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed on the property.

6. Up to two pets are allowed upon request. Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. There is no charge for bringing a pet but there is a $500 pet deposit that will be returned 3 days after check-out provided there are no damages or excess cleaning as a result of the pets.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $130 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 8–12 and April 15–19, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 22–26, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
